Average annual financial turnover of Rs. 150 lakhs from supply of hired vehicles in last three financial years(2022-23 to 2024-25). Attach Certified balance sheet issued by Charted accountant (With profit & loss statement
Satisfactorily completed certificate from at least 3 offices for a period of one year and one purchase order consisting of at least 20 vehicles in last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26) (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of Central/ State Government departments and their undertakings /boards / Urban local bodies
An undertaking in the letter head of the company by the Authorized signatory of the company that vendor has read all the terms and conditions including special conditions and agrees to that shall be submitted and it also includes authorized person for signing the documents.
The details of the correspondence office address, and the person responsible for supply of vehicles shall be submitted in the letter head of the company.
