RequiredThe firm should possesses requisite infrastructure experience, expertise and all relevant Licenses, Approval in providing Services viz receiving & storing of product Butter & Milk Powder Unloading and loading it in the designated vehicles

RequiredThe tenderer Shall at all times ensure safe and proper storage of the product and shall also ensure efficient handling of the Product.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Quantity of storage depends on product availability in tender NET Rate per one MT shall be Quoted

In tender Net Rate per MT shall be Quoted

Prices mentioned in the tender is inclusive of all applicable taxes.Net Per MT

Payment will be made only based on the product stored in the Deep Freeze, Minimum charge is not applicable

Places for Deepfreeze required Deep Freeze shall be situated in and around Bangalore, Mysore, Mandya and Hassan

Shall maintain the Deep Freeze temperature below -180c for butter storage & Product temperature shall be -180c.

Has to follow FIFO (First In First Out ) method while accepting, Storing & Delivery of goods.

In order to provide the Services to KMF, The Tenderer shall obtain all necessary licenses / approvals / sanctions / permission under respective Laws including but not limited to Legal Metrology Act, 2009 Standard of Weights & Measures Act, 1976), Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (PFA), Food Safety Standard Act of India, Insecticides Act 1968, Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1966 (APMC), Karnataka Warehouses Act, 1961, Drugs & Cosmetic Act, Permissions under Environmental Protection Laws, Air and Water Acts, Registration under Factories Act, Registration under Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1963, The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition Act), 1970, Registration under EPF, ESI etc and such other Laws as are applicable for the Services envisaged under this agreement.
