Demolition of brick work/pcc block masonry, built in cement mortar complete as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 using Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry in Type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks n exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation load bearing wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in coping including necessary form work including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete Type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, plinth protection etc. finished even and fair without using extra cement complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of culvert and covered drains of any size incl removal of RCC cover slab and refixing in same position after the cleaning including necessary minor repairs to wide wall of brick masonry/concrete incl setting and joining the cover slab in cement mortar 1:6 and removing the silt and dirt to a distance n.exc 50M from starting point and disposed off (span of culvert upto 1m) complete as specified and as directed.
