Repairs to 450 mm dia. M.S rising main of lift irrigation scheme Gantamulla by way of replacement of damaged flanges of 450mm dia. with new ones (02no) for installation of already procured NRV at site. The job includes the charge for hiring oxyacetylene gas plant at site for cutting damaged/welded flanges & fitting new flanges of 20 mm thick with the help of welding set, D.G set, superior quality electrodes, skilled labours, and other tools & tackles for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for earth excavation manually for clearing the site for replacement of flanges and proper space for fitting of Flanges. The job also includes the charge for cutting of branches of trees with the help of manual labour to expose the actual area for execution of work. The Job also includes the charge on a/c of repairs to the minor leakage at 04 spots along 450mm dia. M.S rising main at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of 3mm thick wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours and skilled welder for completing the repair work. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.
