Fabrication and supply of cross arms made of MS Channel Iron 100x50x50x6mm 2400 mm long suitable for fixing on both steel and PCC pole whatever is required single/ double structure of 11 KV line with holes at suitable places wherever is required to adjust 5/8” dia nuts and bolts. Pin insulators, Ball cleves, eye sockets and washers. The weight of MS channel should be strictly 9.56 Kg per Mtr with a variation of +/- 5%. The cross arms should be duly painted with two coats of red oxide paint of superior quality. Note: - All steel used for fittings shall be of SAIL / Rashtriya Ispat / TATA Steel conforming to IS 2062 : 2006.
HT stay set suitable for 33 KV line made of M.S. round 2000mm in length 20mm dia having threads upto 400mm on one end with one nut and one checkout to avoid slippage and eye of 50mm dia on other side and welded. Elbow made of MS channel iron 100x50x6mm, 300mm long and MS round 20mm dia vertical height 450mm, both ends bend after putting in two holes in channel iron taking the ends out 30mm minimum and welded with channel iron. One anchor of A.I. 65x65x6mm, 750 mm in length with one hole of 22mm dia in the centre. The complete stay set shall be painted with superior quality black Japan paint. Note: - All steel used for fittings shall be of SAIL / Rashtriya Ispat / TATA Steel conforming to IS 2062 : 2006.
