Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA manually operated 8 steps [01 for step down, 01 for incoming voltage and 06 for stepping up the voltage] voltage Stabilizer for LIS Nutussa Old with following broad band specifications: Type of voltage controller: Manually operated copper strip wound, 3 phase & neutral power supply. Type of Regulator: plate type with electrolytic copper contacts. Input Voltage: 150-330V. Output Voltage: 400±15%V. Frequency: 50±5% c/s. Phase imbalance: Imbalanced voltage & frequency characteristics. Winding: Electrolytic grade copper strips of adequate section, vacuum impregnated and oven dried. Insulation: Fiber glass insulation to tested parameter. Efficiency: 98%. Cooling: Natural with convection fins, oil cooled. Mounting: Mounting on uni-directional wheels at four corner. Duty cycle: 100% continuous. Enclosure: M.S sheet minimum 6mm thick in pressed CGR sheet, powder coated duly strengthened with stiffeners of M.S flat/angle. It shall also be provided with a filling nozzle at the top & a drain at the bottom dully plugged. Core laminates: High grade low eddy current loss grain-oriented silicon steel laminations. Load: Three phase induction motor load with full load amperage (Max 200& Normal 190Ampere). Load Ampere continuous: 200Ampere (to be read on starter Ampere meter during operation). Display panel: The container shall be provided with a display on the top housing 2 No. voltmeter (0-500V) digital type for incoming & outgoing feeder. Cooling medium: The container shall be filled with relevant grade T-oil up to the required level. Connection Box: The stabilizer shall be provided with complete input/output connection box to ensure proper input/output power supply of voltage stabilizer. The equipment has to be provided/ installed at site and successfully tested commissioned on full load.
