S&F 30mm thick Factory made Wiremesh SOLID PVC Door Shutter Consisting of frame made out of M.S.tube of 19 guage thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles and 15mm x 15mm for top, lock & bottom rail. M.S Frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make and manufacturer 19mm x 19mm M.S square tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick PVC heat moulded (100% LEAD FREE) plain sheet 'C' channel 75x30x60 out of 10mm shall be heat at 90 deg. towards inner site of both site of both face of the door forming stiles for top, bottom, lock rails shall be fitting of 10mm inner site all rails (T,B lock) shall be covered with 100mm wide PVC sheet S.S wire mesh shall be fixed with 15x15 square tube in side rails with screwing 8x28 heat metal zinc coated screws can be remove or fix again after changing of wire mesh when needed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Distance between bars should not be more than 100mm centre to centre. Total Grill and wire mess unit shall be powder coated. Assembling and installation of windows and ventilators shall be all as per details shown/mentioned on drawings and as per manufacturer‟s instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer's instructions with following course of description below :- (i) Applying a priming one coat of bituminious primer evenly @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm till the surface is properly impregnated. Protective Coating (External) :Providing and applying Crack bridging and anti carbonation coating for concrete base even at tempretures below zero degree C. Minimum recommended rate of application is 1.5m2/lit(including wastage) to achieve a total DFT of 200-300 microns on external side of OHT fulfilling functional parameters like: 1. The second coat of paint shall be applied after getting the Ist coat approved by the Engr-in-Charge. The application of paint shall be done with the roller only. The contractor shall arrange all safety belt and all other equipment like helmets etc and shall be fully responsible for the safety of the labours. The contractor is advised to visit the site and work out the requirement before quoting the rates. The rate also includes minor repairs requested and nothing extra shall be cleaned by the contractor Note :- The work shall be got executed by the authorised applicator of manufactures as approved by GE. The complete material required shall be brought by the contractor and deposited with the Engr-in-Charge. Each stage shall be passed by GE.
