Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spiked framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed blausters walkways railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work any type and any discription etc.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, including removal of debris to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in hard standing/path in including spike rolling to surface and making impression of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including removal of debris to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for outdoor coloured vitrified paving tiles, joint free (edge cut) of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 9 to 10 mm thick as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of approved shape and size of 60 mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 35 N / Sqmm (M-35 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer chemical coating on top surface, over white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for laying of old PCC interlocking paver block of any descreption laid & bedded dry complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old PCC interlocking paver block retrived shall be used.

M&L for Filling of dry Sand as in screed bed for PCC interlocking paver block including spreading leveling, and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base to floors and paving, lean concrete to foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for precast cement concrete kerb stones along the road sides PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(20mm graded stone aggregate) fixed with cement mortar 1:6 at the line of interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or n exc 10 Sqm on plan area for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc, and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 250m but not exc 1.0 km and depositing where directed at a level of n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation, filling of drain, postholes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry with blocks of mix (1:5:8) exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone work / PCC block masonry built in Cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channel & drain and benching of manhole including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drains or channels 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred / stopped ends, etc complete all as specified and directed. (inner girth only measured).

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping and like including weathering, slightly round or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick / PCC block masonry wall surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick / PCC block masonry wall surface in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistannt primer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying a coat of cement base paint on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed and stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete pipe) including removal of debris to outside of MOD area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 300mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 450mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 300mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending and binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts of (RCC, wooden or steel) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete or brick work of any position place including swan neck fencing post and making good to disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh / chain link fencing, any type all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and making good surface in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix galvanised mild steel section for post and struts for fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling hole notching for wire etc. or flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting, using steel section of grade E-165 (Fe-290) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised irons steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, n. exc 5cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 10 mm dia mild steel round bar as in line wire for chain link fencing fixed with GI wire including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces, exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS Galvanised fencing conforming to IS 2721: 2003, size as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in, foundation, filling, mass concreting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of punched type concertina coil any type or size complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only galvanized steel punched type concertina coil of loop dia 1050mm (dia of coil when unstreched) fixed to angle post strut with 3.15 mm dia galvanised MS plain wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only galvanised steel punched type concertina coil of 1050mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched with Nos. of circles 50, Nos. of clips 230 with weight 15.60 kg/ coil and recommended and average coverage area is 6 RM/ coil) and fixed to angle iron post/ struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured.
