Taking down carefully ceiling fans / exhaust fans from any height and of any make/ any sweep including disconnecting the cable from ceiling rose and shifting to store carry out servicing, greasing, oiling and painting of ceiling fan complete apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint (White) by spray painting using necessary machine including filling the cavities with filler one coat after cleaning all dust etc and refixing the same after serviceing/Repair including replacemmet of necessary nut bolts as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Note: Major spares replaced will be measured and paid in respective items of Shedule ' A' as follows .

M & L for carry out rewinding of ceiling fan motor of any size/ make including taking down from any height , dismantling ceiling fan motor , removing old burnt winding wire, cleaning the armature thoroughly and replacing the same with new enameled copper wire of adequate size/gauge including class B insulation, varnishing heating etc, reassembling and removing the old painting and providing new painting to ceilingfans complete with synthetic enamal Grey paint by spraying using machine including filling cavities with filler one coat after cleaning all dust making the surface in good finishes etc , testing, refixing the same in original position complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Note: Rate include the taking down the ceiling fan and deposited to MES store for checking and repairing)

All as per Item No.02 above but for the Exhaust fan of following sizes:

Exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep

Exhaust fan of 450 mm sweep

Exhaust fan of 600 mm sweep

All as per Item No.02 above but for the wall fan/Pedestal fan of size up to 600 mm sweep all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for painting of ceiling fan of any size / makecomplete after taking down the ceiling fan from any height from technical / Residential building and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint ( White) by spray painting using necessary machine including filling the cavities with filler one coat after cleaning all dust etc and refixing the same in original position including necessary electrical connection all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down carefully exhaust fans of sweep 300/380/450 mm from any height and of any make and sweep including disconnecting the cable from ceiling rose and shifting to store for servicing and removing the old painting and providing new painting to exhaust fans complete with synthetic enamal Grey paint by spraying using machine including filling cavities with filler one coat after cleaning all dust and refixing the same in original position including necessary electrical connection making the surface in good finishes , etc all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.( Note:The painting should be done by machine all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge )

All asper item no 06 above but for exhaust fan of 600 mm sweep all as all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in replacement shaft bush of any type/size for ceiling fans & exhaust fans complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in replacement ball bearing suitable for any type/size of ceiling fans / exhaust fans/ wall fan as per the existing standard complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in replacement rubber seal with nut, bolt, washers and split pin of existing size & shape complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement louver for exhaust fan of size 225/ 300/450 mm size fixed to residential building up G + 4 floors and in Technical building including taking down existing unserviceble louvers of any size from any height all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge

All as per item no 11 above but for exhaust fan of 600 mm sweep all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge

M & L for machine centre balanced blade set for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan suitable for any make of existing ceiling fan all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge

M & L for replace capacitor 2.5/3.15 mfd dry type with PVC clamp all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for replace capacitor 4.0 mfd dry type with PVC clamp all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for replacement of canopy PVC suitable for ceiling fan of any sweep all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge

Taking down carefully old and unserviceable copper / aluminium point wiring for light/fan/socket or power point complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendents, regulators, sockets, bell, distribution boards and MCB's etc and making good disturbed surface of walls. floors etc to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 sq mm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS -694 marked with multistandard copper conductors and earth continuty wire with similar 1.5 sq mm cable (incl connecting to earth dolly) drawn through existing concealed conduit / incl rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall where required by cutting grooves on existing wall except on ceiling in suitable way with clamps screw etc with and incl concealed modular box sutable for logic modular switches , sockets , etc and incl logic modular white plates of suitable size as required at site complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

One light point controlled by one No, one way switch

One ceiling Fan/Exhaust Fan point controlled by one No, one way switch

One bell point controlled by one No,bell push

One 5 Amp socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one No, one way switch

S&F Building security light fitting LED 45 W, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with acrylic cover as diffuser with IP66 protection and Impact resistance of IK07 with and including 0.5 sqmm flexible copper multistranded conductor cable including security light bracket made to suitable shape out of GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade, 1.5 mtr length and fixed with MS Calmps of size 40x5 mm- 02 nos ,nuts, bolts and washers on wall. complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton Cat part No LSTV-45-CDL or equivalent of other specified makes.

S&F stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet as required and as directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F electronic dimmers 450W,230V flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet as required and as directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F TPN DB acrylic door, double door three phase 415 volts 4 ways for MCB, FP as incoming and MCB(SP) as outgoing, IP 43 protection, isolated neutral bar,cement spill protector, door earthing, complete all as specified and directed. Make Optipro of Indoasian, Cat Part No 811840 or equivalent of other specified makes.

Supply and fixing SPN DB double door , IP-43 protection class, cement spill protector, isolated neutral bar & shrouded busbar, door earthing, 8 way , 230 volts fixed in repairs complete. Make Optipro of Indoasian, Cat Part No 811807 or equivalent of other specified makes.

Taking down the old sub main wiring and M/L for new sub main wiring with 4 run single core 6.0 Sqmm PVC unsheathed copper multistranded , FRLS conductor drawing into and including PVC conduit medium grade of size not less than 20 mm dia with all fittings and fixtures like L- bow, saddles etc of white/Ivory colour PVC conduit includinh multi stranded copper earth conductor 6.0 sq mm two run as earth continuty conductor all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down the old sub main wiring and M/L for new sub main wiring with 2 run single core 6.0 Sqmm PVC unsheathed copper multistranded conductor, FRLS drawing into and including PVC conduit medium grade of size not less than 25 mm dia with all fittings and fixtures like L- bow, saddles etc of white/Ivory colour PVC conduit includinh multi stranded copper earth conductor 6.0 sq mm two run as earth continuty conductor all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with using galvanised steel earth plate 60 X 60 cm X 6 mm thick electrode , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 25 X 4 mm galvanised iron strip as earth lead by means bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion necessary complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismatling and taking down carefully unserviceable HPMV 250 watt light fitting, indoor type and Supply & Fixing high efficiency round highbay in PDC housing suitable for industrial application LED luminarire light fitting 150 W , energy saving, all as specified and directed.
