Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HT, 11 KV VCB line up six panels, standalone switch boards consiting of 630 A VCB 11 KV - 01 No. Incomer and 630 A VCB 11 KV 06 Nos. outgoing, Indoor type VCB, Extendable, 630 Amps, 25 kA / 1 Sec. totally enclosed, free standing, floor mounting type, compartment based with truck mounted Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Spring Operated Electrically and Manually Charged Operating Mechanism suitable for horizontal isolation, horizontal draw out type VCBs with copper bus bars, Self supported Insulated Busbar with full voltage rated, complete VCB Panel conforming to IEC 62271-200 standards and IP 4X Class of protection comprising necessary bus-bar extensions and connections, Circuit Breaker suitable for E2, M2, C2 duty, Vacuum Interrupters of the circuit breakers completely encapsulated in epoxy housing, Switchgear and control gear panels of fully arc proof for 25 kA for 1 Sec AFLR with Microprocessor based Numerical Relay Communicable type in line with RS 485 Modbus Protocol, comprising of Three Over Current , One Earth Fault Protection Relay with high set for both Phase & Earth and with Fault Memory, Universal Auxiliary Supply, Master Trip Relay, Trip Circuit Supervision Relay, Digital Multifunction Meter with Class 1.0, PT 11KV/110V AC, Power Pack 11KV/230V AC Complete all as specified and as directed and with the following features:-

[m] Feeder Protection Relay with Phase overcurrent (50/51), Directional phase overcurrent (67), SOTF Switch On To Fault (50 HS), Current unbalance (46), Thermal overload (49), Earth fault (50N/51N), Directional earth fault (67N), Undervoltage (27), Overvoltage (59), Zero sequence voltage protection (59N), Frequency (81), auto reclose (79), Circuit breaker failure (50BF),Cold load pick-up and magnetising inrush, Programmable stages (99), CB wear. Relay shall have 4CT and 4 VT inputs. Relay shall be provided with at least 16 digital inputs and 8 digital out puts and 1 self-supervision output. Relay shall have also these features inbuilt. MIMIC display with single line representation and switch gear controls shall be possible through the MIMIC. Shall support native IEC 61850 communication Protocol, front USB for connecting to PC, conformal coating to withstand harsh environment, support PRP redundancy communication protocol on FO ports. Web server (web HMI) feature to monitor and control using LAN. Shall have minimum 1000 events. Relay shall support SNTP time synchronization & support customer defined programmable logic with minimum 8 programmable LED. Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 32 X 6mm GI Strip [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. including taking down of existing earthing set complete all as specified.

Dismantling of existing 11 KV VCB switch gear units (Total 07 Nos.) at Sub Stn 'C', Dolphin Hill with the help of cranes, after disconnecting all the electrical and earthing connections including transporting the same and depositing at AGE E/M I store complete all as specified and as directed.
