Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Daikin make VRV III Inverter Split Air Conditioning units (Outdoor units: 4 nos., Indoor units: 24 nos., Each Outdoor capacity: 12 HP, total capacity : 48 HP) installed at Guest House of CSIR-IICB, Salt Lake campus. This work will be including repair and replacement of all necessary spare parts & consumable materials viz. Refrigerant Gas, Capacitor, Compressor, Indoor & outdoor P.C.B., Runner, Copper pipe (as per sample, minor rectification work), clear braided flexible PVC hose pipe / CPVC drain pipe, Three / four core Electric wire, Condenser fan motor, Indoor fan motor etc. complete as required and as per standard engineering practice. Here the scope of work is inclusive of general Servicing, Overhauling, Leak testing, required Refrigerant Gas charging, Cleaning (also see the scope of work) up keeping of VRV Air Conditioning units. For this purpose all essential tools, consumable & cleaning materials viz. Cloth, Cotton west, Soap detergent etc. are to be arranged by the maintenance contractor. All the spare materials to use shall be of OEM make and consumable shall be reputed make or shall be used in consultation of Concerned Engineer In-charge.
