Taking down carefully existing aluminium conductor point wiring (light / fan / socket or power point) complete, with all fittings such as switches, socket, regulator, ceiling rose, utility light fittings and lamp holders etc and removing materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls roof and floor etc as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and fan regulators etc. for reuse at site complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

Material and labour for repairs to Earth pit including replacement of broken RCC cover by new 50 mm thick pre cast RCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar)and other allied works as directed by the Engr in Charge

Taking down strip from earth pit and testing of resistance of existing earth pit of lightning conductor for its continuity through skilled electrician and helper using digital earth resistance tester to check the healthiness of earthing system in and including nut bolt with brass nut bolts as per required size and other necessary tools, plants and equipments including rectification of the discontinuity by providing new lightning conductor or refixing the displaced existing lighting conductor in place as required on top priority as and when required including necessary minor repair work as required during rectification complete all as directed by the Engr-In- Charge and producing the test result for recording purpose all as directed by the Engr in Charge. . Note: 1) Testing of each earth pit shall be measured as one unit. 2) All the materials required to complete the work at site such as wooden plugs, Nut, bolt, Washers, shaddles,fixing screw etc shall be provided by the contractor and deemed to be included in the rate quoted. 3) New material such as Air terminal, GI/Aluminium strip shall be measured and paid separately . 4) Pouring of water and salt in Earth pit deemed to be included in the rate quoted necessary arrangement to be made by the contractor . 5) For the purpose of testing contractor shall supply all equipments and instruments at his own cost without any extra claim]

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI funnel with wire mesh for earthing pits of existing size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for checking the serviceability including loose contact and condition of cable terminations of all the existing Flame proof MCCB/MCB DBs at any magazine building/any place once in three months and opening a DB serviceability register and recording building wise including obtaining rep of users signature in the register complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The checking shall be carried out in presence of user/user rep. One time checking including entering in the register is considered as one job.

Supply and fixing flame proof/weather proof wellglass LED light fitting suitable for 40 watt LED as per IS 13947 body made out of aluminium alloy LM-6 epoxy painted with guard ,reflector, flameproof clear glass along complete all accessories prewired CIMFR certified ,recommended for gas /vapour group IIA & IIB and zone 1 & 2 IP 65 protected and hardware in high tensile with corrosive epoxy grey shade paint fixed to wall/ ceiling including flameproof flexible wire from fitting to terminal point ,complete all as specified and as directed by the engr-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600mm x 600mm x6mm thick electrode and 4mm galvanised iron/GI wire as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, the earth plate surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides connected to GI wire of 4mm dia earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers (including welding) of galvanised iron or steel and connected to main switch board / panel/ test point at the other including necessary earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforce with 8mm dia bar TMT @150mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out 8mm dia MS bar with wire mesh funnel, 20mm GI tubing medium grade for watering and 40mm GI tubing light grade for protection, test point, testing on completion all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.
