Note for item No 1,2& 3:- (i) Spares required for maintenance will be measured and paid seprately under relevant items. M & L for Battery leads of PVC insulated, multistranded, copper conductor of size 70 sqmm of 1.25 mtr long ach duly fixed with brass clamps, copper lugs suitable for DG set batteries installed at different locations complete including removal of extg unserviceable one compete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M & L for battery teriminal brass clamps including removal of extg unserviceable one compete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M & L for dismantaling the radiator from DG Set of capacity 30 KVA to 160 KVA taking to work shop for overhauling & cleaning, de-scaling with acid, removal of leakage including soldering and welding, brazing as required and renewal of gaskets, nuts, bolts, mounting pads,hoses,clips, etc and refixing its original position of DG set compete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

(c) Manually remove the deposited mud sludge and other foreign particles and deposit the same separately away from tanks in low laying areas and levelling as directed by Engr-in-charge. (d) Clean the floor wall and roof of the balancing tank by jetting water using rotary pressure jets, remove the sludge so deposited completely by rubbing the wall / floor with brushes and repeat removal and depositing (Approved detergent shall be used) (e) Disinfect the tank with FOA / WHO specified chemical and make the tank totally bacteria free.

M & L for preparation of old painted iron surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm in width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour on iron surfaces (pipes etc) compete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for seperating Pump & Motor for carrying out rewinding the motor with same gauge and same no of turns of with water proof PVC insulated copper wire of existing guage and size to achieve the specified/ required RPM including taking out old unserviceable winding wire, cleaning/ repairing damaged slots and also carryout the repairs to pump by unsv parts like replacement of impellers, bearings, thrust bearings, gun metal bushes and NRV as per existings of pump and testing completion to the motor and for smooth function with re-assembling submersiible pump & motor set and re-lowering in to Sewage sump with the help of the chain pully and tripard incluing lowering of exsting serviceable MS/GI/ HDPE delivary pipe of any size of the following capacity of non clog submerssible pump set complete all as specified and as directed :- Note:- Spare parts will be measured & paid separately).
