Complete over hauling of Departure conveyors including cleaning, servicing of the following baggage conveyor system, checking the electrical control panels, control wiring, cabling, earthing etc. including carrying out necessary servicing of the motors, bearings, pulleys, belt tension, adjustment etc. as per site requirement, including supplying and fixing of required quantity of consumables and all small hardware materials and electrical materials like fuses, terminals etc. Gannon make horizontal flat belt (belt on roller type) conveyor system of following. Complete over hauling of Arrival conveyors including cleaning, servicing of the following baggage conveyor system, checking the electrical control panels, control wiring, cabling, earthing etc. including carrying out necessary servicing of the motors, bearings, etc. as per site requirement, including supplying and fixing of required quantity of consumables and all small hardware materials and electrical materials like fuses, terminals etc. Glidepath make crescent pallet type aggage make up carousel of 82.327 mtr. length - 02 nos.

Operation and daily check up of weighing scales including routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance as per requirement including supplying and fixing of all required mechanical, electronic and electrical materials by deploying One Skilled Labour - Mechanic /Electrician in one shift for smooth and trouble free operation of the system installed at Hajj Terminal for departure flights .

Operation and daily maintenance of Departure conveyors including routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance as per site requirement and as per maintenance schedule, including supplying and fixing of required quantity of consumables like french chalk, soap, duster, cotton waste, and all small hardware materials and electrical materials like fuses, terminals etc.. The departure system has to be maintained on one shift basis comprising of One Skilled Labour - Mechanic /Electrician, One Unskilled Labour - Helper in each Shift along with One Supervisor (Highly Skilled) for smooth and trouble free operation of the total system installed at Old ITB .

Operation and daily maintenance of Arrival conveyors including routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance as per site requirement and as per maintenance schedule, including supplying and fixing of required quantity of consumables like french chalk, soap, duster, cotton waste, and all small hardware materials and electrical materials like fuses, terminals etc.. The arrival system has to be maintained on round the clock basis (One Skilled Labour - Mechanic /Electrician in each shift , One Unskilled Labour - Helper in each Shift, One Supervisor (Highly Skilled) in General Shift) for smooth and trouble free operation of the total system installed at Old DTB.

Inspection, dismantling, repairing, servicing & overhauling of defective gear box including replacement & fixing of damaged spare parts, refilling of gear oil of recommended lubricant of Castrol / Indian Oil brand etc as required of all types/ make of gear boxes for smooth functioning of the system etc., including less credit for dismantled materials.

Supply of spare parts as follows for the existing gear boxes including considering less credit for dismantled spare parts.

Letter writings of 5 cm. height with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer on the M.S. sheet / S.S. sheet of Weighing Scale in English language as per instruction of Engg. - in - charge.

Jointing of PVC / Nylon / Rubber flat belt i/c cleaning, vulcanising, tensioning etc.as required for the following

Complete rewinding of burntout winding with polyster coated super enamelled copper wire with class B insulating materials after dismantling the burntout winding, cleaning including varnishing, baking, finishing and refixing the winding in the motor. Painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, testing etc and transportation, loading, unloading etc as regd. For following capacity 3 phase, 50 HZ, 415 volts motor including less credit of dismantled burntout copper ctc. as required.

Scrubbing, cleaning the existing surface of cubicle panel, rounded roller, ractangle body of conveyor belt at different arrival belts and spray painting the same with two coats of ISI marked synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of red oxide metal primer etc. as per direction of engineer - in - charge.

Inspection,checking the electrical control panels, control wiring, cabling, earthing etc. including carrying out necessary servicing and repairing/replacing of the control panel wiring for successfull run in auto and manual mode of arrival baggage conveyor system as per site requirement, including supplying and fixing of required quantity of consumables and all small hardware materials and electrical materials like control cable , power cabels , fuses, terminals etc. as per site requirement. Tentative requirement of cables and other materials are as mentioned below: a) 5 core x 0.5 sq. mm - 300 mtr. (for 05 numbers emergency switch) b) 3 core x 0.5 sq. mm - 50 mtr.(for 04 numbers proximity switch) c) 4 core x 0.5 sq. mm - 140 mtr.(for 02 numbers flash lamp and 01 numbers photo sensor) d) 4 core x 2.5 sq. mm - 50 mtr.(for shutter operation) Above quantites are purely on tentative basis , in actual during work execution quantity and materials required may be differs as per site requirement. Necessary welding, cutting, minor civil work & mechanical work etc. are inclusive within this job.

Comprehensive maintenance of the dual display type 200 Kg. & 300 Kg. capacity electronic weighing scale of plate form type of Essae Teraoka, Auto Tech, Mettler Toledo, Libra, Precision etc. make and submission of report to the department in every month i/c repairing (with out supply of spares) the above weighing scale incase of break down.

Transportation of Weighing scales from Old ITB to Hajj House for departure flights & bringing it back from Hajj House upto the AAI store at Old ITB after completion of Departing Hajj movement for Hajj'2019-20

Repairing & servicing i/c providing all electrical, mechanical & electronic component required for the following electronic weighing scale from office of the Directorate of Legal Metrology, weighs & Measure, Govt. of W.B. 300Kg. / 200 Kg. capacity scale to make the system in serviceable state
