Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. in all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, huttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm in all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing of MS Fabricated Protection Panel 750 mm x 750 mm made with MS Angle 40 x 40 x 4 mm for frame, MS Angle 30 x 30 x 3 mm for cover, MS Flat 25 x 5 mm for fixing of sliding door bolt and MS Sheet 3.15 mm thick for protection of manhole covers of storage tanks including the cost of cutting and welding of MS angle, MS Flat & MS Sheet, embedding in RCC Slab by drilling holes in MS angle & in RCC slab, provision for providing and fixing sliding door bolt 300 x 16 mm, MS Handle 100 mm, Lock and applying a coat of red lead paint & painting two coat with steel paint (Firoza Blue) complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) coat with cement primer in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required: In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing Cast Iron Sluice Valve of PELICON/BIR/KARTAR make BIS No. 14846 class PN 1.00 with flange Table - 5 including welding of flanges, Nuts & Bolts and Gasket etc. The sluice valve conforming to IS-780. The dia of valve as mentioned below complete in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in -Charge.150mm diameter

Terms and conditions

The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge.

The cement and steel shall be issued by the department from JSV Divisional Store Raghunath Ka Padhar Mandi cement @ 368/- per bag, Steel Rs. 7615/-only per qtl.

The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work.

Nothing shall be paid for rejected/sub-standard material at site of works.

Concrete work shall be done by using vibrator and concrete mixing plant.

Crushed aggregate will be used in concrete work.

Material should be used of approved quarry.

The work should be completed in the stipulated period.

The rates should be inclusive with GST and carriage

1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor.

GST as applicable will be borne by the contractor.
