Upgradation of link road from Dwahkenchi to Badari Km 0.000 to 5.775 HP06382

Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil , ordinary rock and hard rock .All work of rock cutting by blastingshall be carried out by taking all necesary precautions against soil erosion ,damages to hill side ,water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side .Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) .All earth work in cutting /excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines ,grades ,sides slopes,width,camber,super-elevation and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in conformity with the requirement of MoRD technical specification for Rural Road, Section. 300 & 1600 to achive designed formation width including hauling and stacking of materials useful for constrcution at suitable sites safe manner and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load and animal transport and mechanical means along with its levelling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the contractors himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account,filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for smooth riding .The recovery for stones ,whether usefule or not for 1770.73 cum. (One Thousand seven hundred seventy point seventy three Cubic Metre) in all cases, @ Rupees 300/= only (Rupees three hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected on prorata basis in all circumstances .Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor ,which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases..The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not executing 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand : twelve graded stone aggregates 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification section 800 and 1200 curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated PCC M-10 (Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6(one cement : three sand : six aggregate) design mix with cement contents not less than 220kg (two hundred Twenty kilogram per cubic metre) with 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominaal size for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and MoRD technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materail in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfication and direction of Engineer in charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated grade M-15 (M-fifteen) nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (one cement : one point five sand:three aggregate) design mix with cement contents not less than 275kg (two hundred seventy five kilogram per cubic metre) with aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeter) nominaal size for plain/reinforced concrete substructure complete as per drawings and MoRD technical specificcation section 800, 900,1200 and 1600 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materail in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfication and direction of Engineer in charge . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated 1:4:8 (One Cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 25 mm (Twenty five milimetre) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawing and MoRD technical specification rural roads section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 including carriage of materials upto all leads lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of dry rabble masonry for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc. for sub structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification section 700 and 1300 including and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Stone masonry work in cement mortar in (1:6) (one cement : six sand) for substructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications section 700 & 1200. including and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four millimetre) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 % (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg (forty kilogram) each as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 1300 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing weepholes in brick masonry /stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred milimetre) dia (inner dia) PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slop of 1(v);20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and MoRD technical specifications section 1200 and as per entire satisfaction,directin by Engineer-In-Charge and including carriage of materails with in all leads and lifts.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.
