Excavating in post holes in soft /loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out and returning filling in and ramming with concrete around and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m. (concrete measured separately under delivered on bunker rates) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in precast fencing posts, struts etc for fencing, average sectional areas exc 100 but n exc 250 Sqcm, rounded or mitred tops & fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast RCC 1:2 :4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in manhole covers incl necessary form work and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS Work as in fencing posts/struts incl cutting, notching, drilling holes, welding for wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gate of ornamental and intricate design conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165, with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hang as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS work as in hold fasts, bands supports, clamps, wall ties hooks incl nut and bolts, sliding door bolts hand made and similar small articles etc. conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 including welding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course under floor finishes, bed block for inserting hold fast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipe in Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm stone aggregrate including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested of 300 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11 to 15 mm dia with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bands, drain / manhole cover slabs, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L form work sides and bottom to lintel band /beam for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.
