M&L raised pointing to randam or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces, finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions.

M&L for applying two coats of flexible elastic water proofing & protection coating of 1.50mm to 2mm thick using 2 component cement base water proofing materials including cement slurry (PIDI FIN 2K M/S PIDILITE & BRUSH BOND- M/S FOSROC AS PER MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS all as specifed and directed.

S&F glazed ceramic tiles coloured 350 x 250mm/450 x 350mmx 8 to 10 mm thick in wall/dado etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match rendering over 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work/concrete surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm/ 30cmx30 cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed

M&L precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in solid building blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 18 above but except block

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain all as specified.

M & L RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for columns, pillars, piers, posts all as specified and directed.

Use & waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter flat fair finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars in reinforcement 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally, hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars in reinforcement 5mm dia and over up to 10mm dia in stirups cut to length, bent to shape, required including cranking, binding spirally, hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand packing with broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls over arches and raising (lowering) to the required level all as specified and directed.
