S/F factory made flyproof mesh panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC 'C' chanel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, all as per specification & drawing and SS wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of SS wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be screwed to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly, all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles & both side prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail ; panelling of both side prelam PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading & jointed together with solvent cement, supply & fixing in the frame at site as per SSR specifications & diagram/product drawing shown on sl page NO 146 of SSR Part II with the size of door shutter as required & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
