Supply of 16 meter High Mast shaft in two section,with base dia.360 mm and top dia 150 mm with plate thickness bottom 3 mm and top 3 mm, PCD 445 mm with the base plate of 520 mm , hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as 39 m / sec.as per IS:875(Part-III) with raising and lowering system comprising head frame,2 steel wire rope 6 mm dia.(AISI 304, 7/19 construction) trailing cable,( Copper 5 CORE 2.5 sq mm EPR Insulated PCP Sheathed ) double drum SWL (350 Kg) of winch ( integral Motor 1 HP 6 Pole single speed, ) galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 12 luminaries symmetrically and its control gear boxes and lighting. The high mast shall have an integral power tool install inside the base compartment for its operation.

Supply and fixing of foundation bolt manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common templates.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 63 Amp. TPN MCB incomer, single dial timer, 32 A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 nos. 9 Amp. contactors and raise lower push button, incoming 35 Sq.mm and outgoing 16 & 2.50 Sq.mm terminals etc. as reqd. Panel should be erected in min. 14 gauge CRCA sheet Box with supporting angels, self-lock, gasket and slanting top erected in CC foundation in an approved manner.

Supply of Single dome aviation obstruction lights with LED lamps.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 6 meter high octagonal pole made of hot dip galvanised G.I. sheet 70 mm top diameter, 130 mm bottom diameter, thickness 3 mm, base plate dimensions of 200 x 200 x 12 mm, suitable for wind speed as per IS 875 part III, fixed head frame including 1 m channel arm bracket luminary carriage suitable to install 2 nos luminiaries including connector, 3C 2.5 sq. mm copper wire for connection, 6A SPN MCB for control, 4 nos EN-8 grade M20x600 mm foundation bolt fixed in existing RCC foundation along with nuts, washers, anchor plate etc., complete as required.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of soil (Item no:2.6.1of Civil DSR 2023)

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. (Civil DSR 2023 Item no. 2.27)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (5.1.2 of Civil DSR 2023)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more(5.22.6 of Civil DSR 2023)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (Item no:5.9.1 of Civil DSR 2023)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.(DSR item no.10.10)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)(DSR item no.15.15.1)
