Dismantling and clearing away the Brick work in cm walls as directed by the field engineer at site.

Dismantling and clearing away the RCC slab as directed by the field engineer at site.

Dismantling and removal of existing door and windows as directed by the field engineer at site.

Supply and fixing of composite sandwich dry wall panel with 75mm thickness as partial wall including cost of wall panel, transport, erection and sealing etc., complete as directed by the field engineer.

Brick Work in Cement mortar 1:5 using chamber burnt bricks of standard size including cost of all materials,labour lead ,lift etc complete

Plastering the walls with CM 1:5,12mm thick including cost of all materials,labour,lead,lift etc complete.

Flooring with approved double charged vitrified of non slippery type tiles over cement mortor 1:3, 20mm thick including pointing with white cement finishing the joints flush pointing the surface etc complete.

Interior painting with two coats of approved Plastic emulsion over one coat of plastic emulsion primer and application wall putty for wall including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Wiring with 2x1.50 sq.mm Pvc unsheathed copper cable of 1100V grade in suitable pvc rigid pipe in wall or ceiling with pvc accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box in flush with wall covered with 3mm tk. Hylum sheet for 15 Amps 3pin flush type non interlocking CS. plug including pin top with painting of suitable colour with contineous earthwire connection of 14 SWG TC. wire for power plug point.

Supply and fixing of 32A DP MCB Isolator whereever necessary as directed by the field engineer.
