Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150mm thickness plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base rough finished surface including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 60mm thickness M-35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick cushion of coarse aggregate of size 6.3mm and below, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surface in roads,cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10, putting premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with 9.8 kg per 10 sqm bitumen grade VG-30, binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam ,binder and chippings) depth of pot hole exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen grade VG-10 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm over bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix Semi-Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen grade VG-30, mixed in hot mix plant, laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on lesser side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted(Minus) through supply only rates of paving bitumen VG-30 as per Particular specification clause No.10.5.3 of tender documents. However, no price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

Material and labour for Premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder bitumen grade VG-30, content by weight of total mix, laid and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller, compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness of 75mm or less) for profile correction etc all as specified and as directed. NOTE: In the event of variation in the percentage of binder content on lesser side, in the mix design, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted(on Minus side) through supply only rates of paving bitumen VG-30 as per Particular specification clause No.10.5.3 of tender documents. However, no price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retroreflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. shall be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
