SEWERAGE NETWORK Topographical Survey using Total Station equipment and the spot levels including verification / installation of temporary benchmarks and drawing contours at 0.5 m interval on GIS based digitized map.
Geotechnical Investigations : To analyze the soil conditions by drilling boreholes at different locations to represent soil strata to conduct standard penetration test (SPT) for determining SBC in hole as per IS - 2131 including collection of disturbed and undisturbed soil samples at every 3.0 m depth or at change of starata analyzing the soil orgrainsize, atterberg limits, bulk & dry densities, shear parameters and specific gravity to maximum depth upto 20 m
Providing Laying and Jointing of 350 mm dia ISI marked RCC S & S Class NP-3 pipe - reinforced concrete, medium duty, non pressure pipe made by vibrated casting process conforming to IS 458 : 1988 amended upto date with ISI marked rubberring / gasket lubricants etc. with 10 cm thick and 72 cm wide plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) bedding and haunching upto 1/4 of outer dia of pipe of sewer and laying pipes according to IS : 783 -1995 (Amended upto date ) with hydraulic testing of sewer line including cost of water and equipment for testing. The work includes earthwork in all types of soil such as murrum, sand, silt, black cotton soil, Kankar etc. disposing off surplus excavated material within a lead of 50 meter including cost of close timbering shoring & material, watering and ramming barracading along trenches as per drawings & specification complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer in Charge for following average invert depths. Providing Laying and Jointing of 600 mm dia ISI marked RCC S & S Class NP-3 pipe with HDPE lining 3 mm thick - reinforced concrete, medium duty, non pressure pipe made by vibrated casting process conforming to IS 458 : 1988 amended upto date with ISI marked rubberring / gasket lubricants etc. with 15 cm thick and 95 cm wide plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) bedding and haunching upto 1/4 of outer dia of pipe of sewer and laying pipes acccording to IS : 783 -1995 (Amended upto date ) with hydraulic testing of sewer line includign cost of water and equipment for testing. Construction of Pre-cast RCC M-40 grade circular manhole chamber for invert depth from 3.00 meter and above having 1500 mm internal diameter including required excavation of earth in all types of soil such as murrum, sand, sandy silt, black cotton soil, hard soil, kankar, disposing of surplus excavated material within a lead of 50 meters. The work includings laying of 150 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 2100 mm diameter bedding in foundation, providing and lyaing of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) in channel & circular starter base wall upt to 50 mm above outer dia of sewer pipe and P & F in position of 125 mm thick 150 / 225 mm high precast M-40 grade cement concrete ring at bottom and consecutive standard size 300 mm high rings. The works includes P & F Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete eccentric conical piece of M-40 grade, 125 mm thick having 560 mm and 150 mm internal diemater at top & bottom respectively, fitted with Ferro- cement conver of 33 kg cast iron double seal ring & frame (heavy duty) etc to withstand for Class - AA loading including supply and fixiing of Ferro- cement foot steps and ceiling of all joints with cement mortar 1:1 compelete job as per detailed specification Drawings and Direction of Engineer in Charge for following average invert depths. INTERMEDIATE PUMPING STATION Intermediate Pumping Station near Sudama Dhaba. Detail Design and construction of Intermediate Pumping Station near Sudama Dhaba on NH-1. i) Construction of 1 No. RCC Collecting Tank of 3 m dia with 2.40 m SWD + 0.60 m Free Board after the depth of sewer line of 7.00 m.
ii) Construction of 1 No. RCC Screening Chamber of size 3.0 m x 5.0 m including cost of screen bars complete with CI pen stock and sluice gate etc.
iii) Construction of 1 No. Brick Masonry Pump Chamber of size 3.05 x 3.66m inside dimensions complete.
iv) Construction of Boundary Wall with RCC pillars including Concertina Wire around the IPS complete.
v) Supplying, Laying, Jointing and Testing of 200 mm DI pipe K-9 of 50 metre Makes Jindal / Saw / Electrosteel / TATA/ Jai Bala Ji / Rashmi / Electro therm from proposed IPS to existing manhole complete.
Pumping Machinery on IPS Supplying, Installation and Testing of Non Clog Sewage Submersible Pumping Sets of makes Kishore / Grundforce / KSB / ABS / Kirloskar / Flygt and Aqua complete in all respects. i) 700 LPM x 16 m Head
ii) 350 mm x 16 m Head
Supplying, Installation of Transformer of 25 KVA complete in all respects as per specifications.
Supplying and Installation of Diesel Generating Set of 25 KVA of makes Cuimens / Kirloskar / Ahok Leyland and Greaves Cotton complete as per specification.
Supplying and Installation of Chain Pully Capacity 2 MT of makes Indef / REVA / WS Barady & Co. / Hercules Hoists Ltd. / Avon Crains complete as per specifications.
All other Electrical, Mechanical, Piping, Panel Board, Instrumentation and Automation complete job as per specifications and satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
MAIN PUMPING STATION Design and construction of Main Pumping Station near STP. i) Design and Construction of 1 No. Sewage Main Pumping Station of 3.00 MLD with peak factor 3.00 including following components. The MPS broadly consists of RCC Receiving Chamber of , Coarse Screen Channel, Fixing of 2 No. Mechanical Coarse Screens, Raw Sewage Sump (Wet Well), Pipe Gallery (Dry Well), Flow Measurement devices, Installation of sewage pumps etc at Murthal.
ii) Supplying, Laying, Jointing and Testing of K-9 D.I. Pipe of suitable dia at MPS/STP including welding and screwing of Flanges. ISI Marked D.I. fittings, Sluice Valves, Non Return Valves as per requirement even for bye pass arrangement complete in all respects.
(iii) Supplying and Installation of 4 No. High Mast of 12 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 8 No. LED energy efficient lamps including fittings on each pole complete in all respects.
(iv) Supply and installation of Main Gate of MS 12ft wide and 4 ft. wide wicket gate (total weight not less than 500 kg) at main entrance.
v) Supplying and Installation of Chain Pully Capacity 2 MT of makes Indef / REVA / WS Barady & Co. / Hercules Hoists Ltd. / Avon Crains complete as per specifications.
Supplying, Installation and Testing of Non Clog Sewage Submersible Pumping Sets of makes Kishore / Grundforce / KSB / ABS / Kirloskar / Flygt and Aqua complete in all respects with suitable LT Panel equipped with all safety devices automatic capacitor bank and submersible cable from LT Panel to pump sets complete including foundation for machinery etc as per satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. i) 6250 LPM (Peak flow) x 20 m Head
ii) 4200 LPM (Peak flow) x 20 m Head
iii) 2100 LPM (Peak flow) x 20 m Head
All other contingent works to make the MPS functional complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT OF 3.00 MLD i) Design and Construction of 1 No. of 3.00 MLD Capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect, including landscaping, MCC Panel Room & all other contingent Electrical, Mechanical, Piping & Instrumentation works with PLC & SCADA arrangement for SBR unit of STP. (Complete as per scope of work & specifications mentioned in the volume-II of this DNIT.)
ii) Providing and Installing 6 No. CCTV Cameras (4 No. Cameras for STP and 2 No. Camera for MPS) complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer –in- Charge along with 90 days recording (NVR), 32 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel NVR at STP Site and 8 Channel NVR at MPS Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at both the sites i.e. MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site.
iii) Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of LT panel with copper bus bar and solid connection of suitable rating consisting of 1 No. incoming MCCB 35 KA Micro processor MCCB breaking capacity with having adjustable over load with time delay relay and adjustable short circuit with time delay relay with complete metering (Amp. meter with CT, ASS, VSS and Phase indicating control fuses 3 Nos, fully automatic factory manufactured outgoing, star delta starter suitable of having following accessories of suitable rating for 3 No. motors at Main Pumping Station and other machineries in STP as under : 1 No. Panel Board of suitable rating for 3 No. motors i.e 6250 LPM Head 20 m = 1 No 4200 LPM, Head 20 m = 1 No, 2100 LPM Head 20 m = 1 No. and machinery installed in the STP i.e blowers, RAS Pumps, SAS Pumps etc. etc. complete in all respects.
iv) Construction of HT / LT Panel room, Toilet, Lobby, Office Room, MCC Room, SCADA Room, Lab, including all Sanitary fittings etc. as per drawings at MPS & STP site covered area with RCC framed structure of brick work vitrified glazed tiles flooring, powder coated aluminum frame of size 100mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for chowkhat, 75mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for door frame, 45mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for window frame with 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobain/ Modi Float. Covered Area (500 sqm).
v) Supplying and Installation of automation system consisting of PLC with controller and modules for Analog & Digital signals, SCADA software, Electromagnetic Flow meter, Ultrasonic Level Tx, Pressure Transmitters, Analyzer System Consisting of dissolved Oxygen, online Ph and TDS including commissioning complete in all respects.
vii) Construction of Staff Quarter with covered area of 41 Sqm
viii) Construction of Pathways and Roads 3.50 m wide with a total length of 200 mtr = 750 Sqm
ix) Supplying and Installation of Transformer of suitable capacity of minimum 250.00 KVA complete in all respects as per specifications and satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
x) Supplying and Installation of Gen set of suitable capacity of minimum 200.00 KVA complete in all respects as per specifications and satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.
RE-USE OF TREATED EFFLUENT Providing infrastructure for Re-use of treated waste water to parks and Disposal of treated effluent to Solid Waste Plant, including construction of sump & installation of requisite machinery & 300 mm DI K-9 pipe 200 mtr, complete in all respects.
Operation & Maintenance Part Operation and Maintenance of sewerage system Sewage Pumping Station and sewage treatment plant with performance guarantee for Defect Liability Period of 1 year after trial run of 3 months and 5 years thereafter completion of Defect Liability Period including IPS MPS , STP and Trenchless Sewer, Treated Waste water pumping station and DI pipe lines complete in all respects. 1st Year Operation & Maintenance after Defects Liability period
