Providing and Filling as directed Cinders in toilets, drop slabs including compacting etc. All complete as per standard specifications. Actual NET COMPACTED volume area filled to shall be measured and paid.

Concrete work ( Plain & Reinforced ): Providing and laying, Machine/Hand mixed, properly compacted, PCC/RCC including ramming, consolidating, curing etc. All complete as per specifications. (EXCLUDING COST of Formwork and reinforcement) Grade: PCC/BBCC (1:4:8)

Providing and laying HALF BRICK Partition wall with Good Quality approved bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including curing, rubbing the surface, racking out the joints etc. complete as directed and specified for walls, parapet, platform supports etc. as directed by site in charge/ engineer. FOR ORDINARY BRICK WORK.

Providing and laying HALF BRICK Partition walls with Good Quality approved bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) including curing, rubbing the surface, racking out the joints etc. complete as directed and specified for walls, parapet, platform supports etc. FOR EXPOSED SURFACE WALLS ONLY

SINGLE COAT PLASTER: Providing and Applying 12 to 19 mm thick Single coat Mala or Single coat rough / finished plaster to walls, ceilings, soffits, columns, piers etc. in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand ) applied finished, smooth and cured complete. This item is also applicable as back coat of tiles in DADO.

DOUBLE COAT PLASTER: Providing and Applying 18 to 30 mm mm thick double coat plaster to walls, columns, piers etc. in finish coat cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3sand) applied and cured complete. Rate including using of water proofing chemical.

CHHAANT PLASTER: Providing and Applying 20 to 50 mm thick CHHAANT rough OR finished plaster as a supporting coat to back coat for tiles to walls etc. in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) applied finished, smooth and cured complete.

PIPE SCAFFOLDING: Providing and Erection of pipe scaffolding for repair and restoration work as per the standard practice for safety upto maximum 60' height of Faculty Houses or any other location. The structure shall be self supporting type. The walls shall not be allowed to be punctured for supporting the scaffolding.

Flush pointing work: Step-1: Removal of damaged pointing on wall surface of brick wall Step-2: Providing and Applying surface pointing application of cement mortar of 1:2 proportion in expose brick pattern to match the existing surface. Application of brick powder, Acrylic polymer @ 5 to 10% by weight of cement to be mixed with the cement mortar. Complete work to be carried out as per to match the existing brick wall as far as possible. After completion of work apply curing compound on repaired surfaces. Actual quantity to be measured and paid.

Exposed concrete repair works: Removal of damaged concrete, clean the rust on existing steel using wire brush. Apply one coat of rust remover and rust converter between 3 hours of gap. Apply cement slurry using bonding agent, repair the RCC bottom surface slab, haunches, tie beams and any others concrete members etc. using C:M 1:3 (chhaat plaster wherever required) Acrylic polymer to be mixed with glass fiber. Apply transparent curing compound after completion of work on repaired surface. After completion of work apply white cement brush to give expose effect matching with existing exposed surface.

Providing & Fixing of 15 to 20 mm thick top MIRROR POLISHED TELEPHONIC Black granite and 25 to 32 mm thick single polish PKS sandwich KITCHEN PLATFORM with PKS partition and facia Patti as per specifications. (Basic rate for granite Rs. 1700/- per SQM)

Providing, laying and fixing in position as per existing petern and specified 300 mm x 200 mm OR as directed size First quality glazed tiles of Johnson, Somani, NITCO or approved equivalent make, on cement slurry, finishing the joints in white cement and kept in a continuous vertical line, chasing the wall and finishing and making good the plaster flush with the tile and centre point plumbing fixtures, all complete as directed. Basic rate of Tiles = Rs. 600/- per SQM.

Same as item no. 112 above but ceramic tiles of approved colour and shade for toilet floors. Rate shall be inclusive of 1:4 mortar bedding material. Basic rate of tiles = Rs. 55/- per sqft.

Semi mirror Polishing work of existing kotah stone flooring & skirting (Skirting measured in RFT and the rates shall be same as floor polishing rates )

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of C-PVC - SCHEDULE - 80 - GRADE (ASTRAL or equivalent approved make ) pipes with flanges and fittings with gaskets and hardware's, etc. ISI make as per specifications including excavation of trenches for laying pipe (upto depth of 1.5 mtr.), refilling and removal of excess earth, making connection to existing water supply line upto new proposed overhead tanks. For concealed and non concealed both type of works (Excavation in earth to be paid separately ) Suggested Pipe dia: 3/4"

Scrapping of the existing painted surface using SAND paper & WATER paper to the maximum. Providing and applying two or more coats of cement base putty work three coats of wall primer to complete satisfaction of the Engineer. The rates shall be inclusive of surface preparation, filling of holes and edges with P.O.P. Providing and Applying three coats of Acrylic washable DISTEMPER as per manufacturer's specification, cleaning the floor, doors, windows and switch boards etc. complete as directed.

Providing and applying on wood works two or more coats Coats French Polish, appropriate make including the making surface filling the Crevices with approved filler completed work should be carried out as per satisfaction of engineer in charge. 3" width considering all three sides as single side for old/new surface.

CRACK REPAIR : Cracks found on the concrete slab should be treated by, opening with a 3mm cutter, filling them with electrometric sealants. Location :Ground floor & First floor Terrace level)

Providing & Applying Bituminous silver paints over membrane treatment.

Providing & applying Silicone paint SILRES® BS 290 of Wacker-1 litter & 13 litter solvent of recommended make or approved equivalent over exposed concrete and brick surfaces (Two coats on wet on wet applied) etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, so as original look does not change. The contractor shall furnish a minimum 5 years guarantee on stamp paper to the employer directly.

Providing & laying APP ( Ataxic Polypropylene Polymer ) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25 C.0.87 - 0.89 kg/litter and viscosity70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch ad sealing all joints etc. and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal ad transverse direction at 23C as 650/450/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverses direction as 300/250 Softening point of membrane not less the 150C. cold flexibility shall be up to -2C when tested accordance with ASTM D-5147.

Washing the existing brick wall using water jet of adequate pressure to remove dust, dirt, algae fungal growth, patches etc. make it clean to receive silicon paint on the wall. All other directed by the site in charge Engineer.

KITCHEN PLATFORM SHUTTER: Providing and fixing in position shutter below kitchen platform as per the design and material specification provided by Consultant/Engineer in charge, complete with 1"x 6 mm beading Patti, external laminate of shade and colour approved by the competent officer, necessary hardware and lock all inclusive and complete. MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS: 2" x 1" teakwood frame, 18 mm MR grade plywood, beading Patti: teakwood Fittings: SS Hinges 75mm x 18mm x 12mm - 2 no's for shutters Handle 75mm- 1 no per shutter, Magnetic ball catch -1 set in shutter, External finish: 1mm thick. laminate of approved shade & make. MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS: 25 mm (MR grade) Block Board and 1 mm laminate on the front side and 0.8 mm laminate on back side of the door. Providing and fixing independent wall lining system in line and level on the Brick wall/R.C.C wall. Item includes following : Perimeter channel : Providing & fixing G.I. Gypframe true steel or equivalent make perimeter channel to floor, ceiling/soffit by using nylon sleeves and it screwing at 600 mm c/c to wall. Intermediate Channel : Providing G.I.
