Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work upto all depth in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, chiselling of soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads / lifts and shoring strutting,timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 6 :12 ( 1 Cement : 6 Sand : 12 crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 :1½ : 3 (1Cement :1½ Sand : 3 crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation, footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete in all leads and lifts.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering ,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Foundation, footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete in all leads and lifts.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts square, rectangular or polygonal in plain in all leads and lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillaster,buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1 : 5 : 10 (1 Cement : 5 Sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls, Breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per HPPWD specification complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction on the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in earth work and filling in 15 cm layers in foundation and plinth including ramming, watering and consolidating upto all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) 2nd Class in all leads and lifts.

Half bricks masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Sand) 2nd class in all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) in all leads and lifts .

Steel work welded in built up sections, trussses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating, framed bars, railing, brackets and similar work in all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coat) to give an even shade after throghly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, loose powered materils with in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats ( excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with ready mixed brushing finishing oil, grease to give an even shade including cleaning the surface to dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping withready mixed paint other than white in all leads and lifts.
