Material and labour for Boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.

Material and labour for RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade as per IS-456 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cast in situ bored pile with minimum cement content 400kg/cum of any length/any sections complete all as specified and as shown on drg including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items (ii)The quoted rate for this item is deemed to be inclusive of charges for non destructive test.

Material and labour for RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade as per IS-456 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cast in situ pile cap, grade beam/tie beam complete all as specified and shown on drg. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for bored piles of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for grade beam/tie beams and pile caps of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia conforming to IS-1786 as in stirups for pile caps and gared beams including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia conforming to IS-1786 as in Helicals for piles including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for Ring/Stiffener for piles all as shown on drg including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 500mm dia bored pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep or area not exceeding 10 sqm on plan in soft/loose soil including bailing out/pumping out water on account of spring/rain or any other causes using any method as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for pile caps/plinth beams,raft foundation etc all as specified and shown on drawings.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 1.5KM and not exc 5KM and depositing where dircted at a level not exc 1.5 m above starting point all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of pile caps , grade beams rough finished surface of concrete flat all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of existing pump house and sump including foundation and connected electrical/water supply line fitting and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing temporary parking shed including foundation and connected electrical fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Felling of trees exc 30cm and not exc 100cm in girth including cutting of trunk and branches and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance not exc 50M and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Forming jambs etc to opening including cutting toothing and properly bonding in to old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work complete in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 5.5mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with rubber bidding in square exc 0.5sqm in each pane complete in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Renewing ceramic tiles in patches, area not exc 5Sqm including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Door closer aluminium body hydraulically regulated, designation no 3, universal type suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and weight between 36 to 60kg all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Brass mortice lock, vertical type of size 100mm 4 levers all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 150mm thick WMM(Compacted thickness)(in two layers of 75mm thick in each layer)with granite/trap coarse aggregates of grading 2(63mm to 40mm size) or grading 3(50mm to 20mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to camber and gradient required complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION:Supply and fix Ceiling fan 1200mm sweep copper wound having minimum 5 star rating , including fixing of down rod and connecting up complete with and including three core flexible PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose/ connector to fan all as specified and as decided bythe Engr in charge.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan 250 mm sweep 230 Volts AC 50 Hz PVC body with copper wound motor and PVC louvers, including connecting up from ceilinf rose with 3 core flexible copper cable, PVC sheathed of size 1.5 Sqmm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix LED Batten light fitting 22W with extruded aluminium housing provided with polycarbonate diffuser and integrated electronic driver complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Make:- Havells model Endura Linear Neo or eqvt in Philips/Wipro/ Osram

Supply and fix LED street light fitting with pressure die cast aluminium housing and acrylic cover as diffuser, having IP 66 protection of 30 Watt complete including fixing with GI Bracket made of 43mm outer dia GI Pipe including fixing clamps etc and wiring from junction box/ceiling rose with 3 core flexible copper wire, 1.5Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix MCCB 4Pole with fixed thermal and magnetic settings, 100 Amps, 415 Volt 50 HZ 16 KA all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY:-Dismantling pumps of capaity 3 HP (2 Nos.) and connected pipe lines, foot valves, gate valves, etc., from the existing pump house and to the sump and electric supply panels, shifting and installing in the new location as directed including rerouting of existing pipe lines etc all as directed at site. Note: Extra pipes used shall be measured and paid under corresponding items.

Material and labour for Valve chamber 900X900X900 mm size internally built with brick work in CM 1:6 plastering complete with CM 1:4 including necessary earth work, PCC 1:4:8, 100 mm thick as in foundation concrete including provision of cast iron hinged cover with using 2mm thick steel with "FH" empossed and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed

Taking up or down steel water tubing of size 80mm and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down PP-R water tubing of size 75mm and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.
