CIVIL WORK

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washer or with G.I. limpet washeres filled with white led, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface), excluding the cost of purlins, rafter and trusses and including cutting of size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zink coating not less than 275 gm/sqm.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed polymer coated J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with G.I. limpet and bitumen washer complete. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm.

Providing & fixing plain multipurpose cement board (High pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceilig etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperately). 6 mm thick cemen fiber board, Type-B, Category-III as per IS: 1462:2000

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: one or more coats on old work.

Deduct Modified Estimated cost after using correction factor on DSR 2023 on account of GST @ 0.973

Add Cost Index @ 49 % on 649103.34
