SUPPLY & FABRICATION OF

WATER FIRE TENDER (10 KL)

The Water Fire Tender (10 KL) shall be a

high-performance firefighting vehicle

designed for rapid emergency response,

rescue support, and sustained fire

suppression operations in industrial and

urban environments.

It shall be built on a BS-VI compliant

heavy-duty chassis (≈28T GVW) with a

minimum 230 HP engine, ensuring

reliable performance, stability, and

manoeuvrability.

The vehicle shall be equipped with a

10,000 L SS-304 water tank

incorporating anti-surge baffles,

electronic level indicators, and robust

mounting arrangements for safe storage

A PTO-driven multi-pressure fire pump

(4000 LPM normal / 350 LPM high

pressure) with foam proportioning

system, hose reels, and a roof-mounted

monitor shall be provided to deliver

versatile firefighting capability.

The unit shall include a corrosion-

resistant superstructure, crew cabin,

roller shutter lockers, intelligent pump

controls, emergency lighting, light mast,

and safety systems to ensure dependable

performance under demanding

operating conditions.

The complete vehicle shall be tested as

per TQC/PQC requirements, ensuring

operational readiness, reliability, and

compliance with applicable firefighting
