1a - Anchor & chain cable - BOW - (i) Carry out overhaul/ painting of Anchor. Colour - Grey (ii) Examine and retest the chain cable in accordance with BR 367, art 13 and no 07/11. (Relevant extracts will be provided) (iii) Survey cable and shackles. (iv) Dismantle anchor, clean and grease trunion pin and housing. (Grease to be used LG-280, patt no. 0474/910-0502. (v) Carry out load test of anchor and inspect for internal corrosion

1b - Anchor & chain cable - BOW - Complete hydroblasting of chain cable to bare metal and painting. Paint - black bituminus (N8010-007509) (Length - 10 Mtr, Dia 20 mm)

2a - Capstan - BOW - Carry out complete overhaul of anchor capstan and carry out trials to ensure correct performance on completion of overhaul. 2b - capstan - BOW - Carry out following routines:- (i) Hand wheel and warping drums to be removed. Replace shlit keep plate and screws. (ii) Repalce cable holder spindles, bushes and shafts. (iii) Replace brakes, linings. Brake to be adjusted on completion job. (iv) Renew slipping clutch, magnetic brakes and couplings between motor and clutches after dismantling. (v) Replenish system oil OC 300. (vi) Overhaul capstan motor. Renew bearing and apply fresh grease. (vii) Offer trials as per Trial/ Technical Documentation/ MAINTOP promulgated by concerned IN agency

5 - Hydroblasting - Throught out Ship - Undertake blasting of 100% surfaces as follows: - (690 sq mtr) (i) Hydroblasting of U/W hull - Area - 220 sq mtr (ii) Hydroblasting of Ship side - Area - 230 sq mtr (iii) Hydroblasting of super structure - Area - 120 sq mtr (iv) Weather deck - Area - 120 sq mtr Vendor to provide the hydraublasting machine.

6 - Plate Renewal - Throught out ship - Renewal of Plating. Renewal defective AL plating, stiffeners, bulkheads, foundations, deck fittings, Tanks, tank tops, brackets, clamps, etc to be undertaken as indicated post structural survey. DPT of weld seams to be offered to HITU(Mbi) post completion of renewals. APT to be offered to HITU (Mbi) in case of Tank spaces. Degutting/ regutting to be undertaken by the firm. Material to be used - Aluminum. Supplied by ND(Mbi)

7 - Cathodic protection sacrificial anodes - Underwater - Renew 100% sacrificial anodes. (i) Circular Anodes - (Qty 2) (ii) Rectangular Anodes - (Qty 4) (iii) T- Tube - (Qty 4) Anodes will be provided by ND(Mbi)
