Cost towards Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of electrically driven Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pump set capable of discharge-220 m3/hr against total head-110m (Make-Kirloskar/ WPIL/ Mather & Plate/ Jyoti ) coupled with TEFC 3Phase, squirrel cage induction motor (Make-Kirloskar/ ABB/Crompton/ Jyoti) operated on 415V±10%, 3 Phase, Speed-1450-1500RPM, Duty S1, Frequency-50 Hz, mounted on common M.S. fabricated base plate with suitable size of CIDF sluice valve-1 no, CIDF NR valve-1 no, foot valve-1 no, pressure gauge-1 no, tyre coupling-1 no etc all complete. Head- 110 m Discharge- 220 m3/h (HP-110KW Approx)

Supplying all labour tools and tackles for taking out old and damaged pump set with all accessories , demolition of foundation for installation of new pump sets.

Supplying all labour tools and tackles for making new PCC foundtiaon of size 6′x4'x4′ with all materials such as cement , sand, stone chips, foundation bolt-6nos etc all complete and plastering and punning over exposed surface.

Cost for adjusting suction pipe line as required with supplying of 6"" dia pipe or suitable dia-4m, bend-2nos., flange-8Nos., nut, bolt, washer-15Kg, rubber insertion-10Kg etc, cutting of pipe in required size and doing complete welding work including all labour, tools, tackle and technician charges.with CP & OHC. (Rate after deducting the scrap materials.)

Cost for adjusting delivery pipe line as required with supplying of 6"" dia pipe or suitable dia-5m, bend-2nos., flange-8Nos., nut, bolt, washer-15Kg, rubber insertion-10Kg etc, cutting of pipe in required size and doing complete welding work including all labour, tools, tackle and technician charges.with CP & OHC. (Rate after deducting the scrap materials.)

Cost towards Overhauling of Motor Control Panel with all labour tool, tackles and technician charges for disconnecting the electric line & opening of electric wire connection inside panel. Cleaning, checking and changing of damaged spare parts such as contacter set MNX225-4Nos and MNX185-2No. L&T Make, Over Load Relay-2No, Timer-2No., MCCB 400A-2No.etc all complete and, dressing and doing fresh electric connection with new wire and connector inside panel, rechecking of all connections and testing on full load. (Rate after deducting the cost of scrap materials).

Cost towards supplying, installation ,testing & commissioning of monoblock type centrifugal pump of capable to discharge 550 LPM against total head 12 m, [Make-Crompton Greaves] with Squirrel cage, induction motor operatig on 220V±10%, 50c/s A.C. Supply having suitable speed for dewatering purpose in pump house, including all labour tools, tackles,technician, transportation cost,with s/f of suitable Sluice valve, N.R. valve and foot valve, with operating cable of size 2Cx 4 sq. mm -20m, DOL Starter Panel-1No., with suitable size of suction and delivery PVC Pipe-10m, testing of pumpset on full load at site etc all complete.
