Medium porosity Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsiondistributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granularsurfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD TechnicalSpecification Clause 503.

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 110 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.25% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density 2.30gm/cc as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. The variation in actual % of bitumen and density found less than specified values than payment shall be adjusted accordingly.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD TechnicalSpecification Clause503.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 110 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.20% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density 2.35gm/cc as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. The variation in actual % of bitumen and density found less than specified values than payment shall be adjusted accordingly.

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound of ISI Mark Approved Quality of 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Semi Reflective Traffic Signs Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2
