Manual rescue and operation rescue of lift at W-8 block and S-1 block (Four lifts ie. 8 passenger-02 Nos &13 passenger-02 Nos of make Thyssen Krupp) in two shifts, one semi skilled lift operator per shift of 08 Hrs for operation including providing rescue to the trapped person,maintaining lift panel room, lift car and connected machinery of the lifts ,on all seven days of the week(including reliever on weekly offs), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Manual rescue and operation rescue of lift at C-10 block & MES Type -II blocks (Four lifts ie., 8 passenger- 02 &13 passenger-02 of make Thyssen krupp/ Omega ) in two shifts, one semi skilled lift operator per shift of 08 Hrs for operation including providing rescue to the trapped person,maintaining lift panel room, lift car and connected machinery of the lifts ,on all seven days of the week(including reliever on weekly offs), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Manual rescue and operation rescue of lift at DSC block & NC-1 blocks (Four lifts ie. 8 passenger-02 &13 passenger-02 of make Omega) in two shifts, one semi skilled lift operator per shift of 08 Hrs for operation including providing rescue to the trapped person,maintaining lift panel room, lift car and connected machinery of the lifts ,on all seven days of the week(including reliever on weekly offs), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Manual rescue and operation rescue of lift at MES Type -IV Accn (Two lifts ie., 8 passenger- 01 &13 passenger-01 of make Thyssen krupp ) in two shifts, one semi skilled lift operator per shift of 08 Hrs for operation including providing rescue to the trapped person,maintaining lift panel room, lift car and connected machinery of the lifts ,on all seven days of the week(including reliever on weekly offs), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Manual rescue and operation rescue of lift at HQ SWAC (One lift . 8 passenger-01 of make Omega) in one shift, one semi skilled lift operator per shift of 08 Hrs for operation including providing rescue to the trapped person,maintaining lift panel room, lift car and connected machinery of the lifts ,on all seven days of the week(including reliever on weekly offs), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes for serial item No 01 to 05 above :- (a) The work shall be carried out in shifts (As mentioned against each item of Sch) contractor shall employ one per shift, the man power detailed in such a way that each Operator get weekly off as per prevailing labour act/ law (b) The entire Lift cabin including machinery, equipments in building premises shall be kept neat and clean and necessary oil, Greasing, Minor Servicing as per manufacturer recommendation (Omega/ Thyssen krupp or as existing) shall be carried out to avoid any mishappening all as directed by Engr in Charge. (c) Contractor shall provide the two sets of uniform with MES logo to all industrial persons who are employed. (d) Operators should be provided hand tools, tester, Meggar or test lamp, safety shoes and hand gloves will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (e) Rates quoted shall be included for minor repair as per daily weekly or monthly check, providing the lift maint chart which shows the daily, weekly and monthly, so that we can monitor easily and make payment accordingly (f) Electricity as required shall be made available to the contractor free of cost by department. (g) Emergency light will be provided by the contractor during night hours without any extra cost. (h) All safety precautions as per lift rules should be strictly followed by contracted employees & department shall not be held responsible for any untoward incident.

(j) Attendance Register of Staff Employed will be maintained by JE E/M. If any labour found absent, necessary penalty/recovery will be made at the rate of double of the daily min wages fixed by govt. or the rate quoted by the contractor, whichever is high (k) The contractor should always keep in mind that it is only the services of these contract labours is outsourced & not manpower. So providing reliever will be sole responsibility of contractor. (m) Contractor shall produce Photo ID of the staff employed with security pass number issued by Main Guard Air force Station. (n) GST / EPF paid certificate, attendance of employee etc. shall be enclosed with RAR. (o) The payment to all staffs employed on work shall be made in the Aadhaar linked bank account through account payee cheque only and details shall be submitted with RAR.

M&L Comprehensive maintenance /repair and servicing of 13 passenger lift (03 Nos) installation fully comprehensive (i.e All in all) AMC'A' type contract for OMEGA and AMC Platinum type contract for Thyssenkrupp lifts regular maintenance for round the clock, of the lift, including regular servicing, inspections, preventive maintenance by trained technicians and repair of the installation with bear the cost of repair / replacement of any of the worn out part without any additional charges at Type - II & Type-III Tower and C-3 Block for 11 months Note- (i) Six routine maintenance services for oiling & greasing (ii) Three visits by state lift inspectors are included in the quoted rates. (iii) Unserviceable electronics parts shall be replaced under this contract without any extra payment. (iii) The tenderer shall be quoted rates including of Pre AMC maintenanace work.

All as per item No 6 above but, for 8 passenger lifts (3 Nos lifts)

Note - for item No 6 &7 : (i) Any required electrical/ mechanical parts of above mentioned lifs or any other parts also are to be repair/replaced as & when it became unserviceable as per term & condition of omega/ Thyssen Krupp under the contract, any cost of material & labour charge will not be paid extra (ii) Any other material become un serviceable which is not in the scope of contract is also to be repaired/replaced timely to run the lift smoothly without any extra payments . (iii) The comprehensive maintenance is inclusive of inspection/testing/preventive maintenance replacement of unserviceable parts/material including labour, transportation. (iv)The details as per PS clause 36.5 shall be submitted (v)The complaints shall be attended forthwith as the complaints/failure from the time of receipt of same (vi) Contractor shall rectify the defects within 24 hrs after receipt of complaints , otherwise the complaints will be rectified by the other agency and the expenditure incurred will be recovered at Rs 2000/per day till proper functioning of lift. (vii) The schedule A consists of comprehensive maintenance of lifts (viii) The load testing of lifts ie 8 passenger and 13 passenger shall be carried out as per standard norms of OMEGA/ThyssenKrupp and hand over certificates to the department.

Note For particular specifications : (a) The work under authorised dealer comprehensive maintenance of lifts all as specified in Sch A ,Special Conditions, Particular Specifications, MES SSR, latest relevant IS code and as directed by GE/ Engr-in-charge. (b) Lift machine shall be well experienced in lift/elevators repairs and maintenance. (c) The contractor shall ensure proper functioning of safety devices. (d) The contractor shall provide lift maintenance Chart for Daily, Weely and Monthly (e) All safety precautiobns shall be dispalyed as per lift rules
