DX - TYPE AIR HANDLING UNITS ALONG WITH CONDENSING UNIT( Make : SYSTEMAIR / FLAKTWOODS / Edge Tech / ZECO )

Air Handling units with double skin construction fabricated from Al extruded section frame structure with internal coving and in Thermal break construction, the inner skin 0.6MM thick Plain G.I & outer skin 0.6mm thick precoated GI constrution with 43 mm thick Puff insulation panel, with G4 fresh air filter, Prefilter section with G4 filters, DX cooling coil section with 6 row deep DX cooling coil ,insulated SS 304 drain Pan,fan section with direct driven PLUG / EC FAN along with suitable Non-Flame proof TEFC squirrel cage induction motor with anti vibration mounts, Double skin rexin flexible connection for fan outlet.along with Inspection window, limit switch, LED light, Fine Filter section with 3 micron filters (F7) in supply air discharge section. GI damper along with actuator for Supply, Return, fresh & exhaust air and Bypass damper for excess air. Service doors wherever applicable. provision Differential pressure guage across 10 & 3 micron filters.

Air cooled condening units with scroll compressor , condenser coil , fan all housed in wheather proof casing. The unit shall be complete with LP/ HP controls with cabling and control cabling for the condensing units

DX Condensing Unit Manifolds FOR AHUs

Manifold consists of thermostate ,expansion valve ,extension thermostate with display,catch all drier,and shutt off valve.

COPPER PIPING

Copper piping with nitrile rubber insulation for connecting DX-Condensing unit with AHUs. ( Approximate Quantity )

ELECTRICAL PANEL

Starter Panel for AHU's duly interlocked along with Condensing Unit, individual for each AHU. Supply and layomh of All interconnection power and control cable including cable tray between Starter panel , AHU and condesing unit should be considered.

Commissioning and validation with documentation

Validation and DQ /OQ Documents,Maintenance manual,Test certicate for equipments(IQ Format shall be provided by us.But filling will be done later) 1.Smoke test 2. Air balancing and velocity propfile test 3.Pressure balancing test 4. Temperature and RH test 5. Filter integrity test

BMS (BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM).( If any item missing but required to Interface with existing BMS system should be considered and included in your quote)

DDC CONTROLLERS - Standalone DDC Controller: DDC Controller shall be 32 bit microprocessor based standalone and net workable type BACnet BTL tested with real time clock. The controller shall support trend log objects, program areas and PID loop objects. The DDC's shall store programs and program parameters in non volatile memory. The controller shall have provision to communicate to the central BMS software over LAN or RS-485 if required. DDC controller shall be housed in a suitable encloser made out of 14/16 Swg MS CRCA sheet which is derusted, degreased and phosphated sheet folded construction. The panel to be dust, vermin proof type(IP-54) with powder coated paint. The panel shall have suitable mounting arrangement including mounting plate, power supply unit, control transformer, MCB & power socket, relay and neassary mounting arrangement etc.( any other item required for Interfacing with existing BMS system should be included in your below quote)

Duct Type Temperature Sensors with all duct mounting accessories. Range: 0 °C to 100 °C Sensing element: PT1000 Accuracy: +/- 0.3°C

Differential Pressure switch (0-500Pa), across the filter including all the Fixing accessories.

CABLE & CONDUIT - The following cables including end termination for below listed XLPE insulated armoured cable with copper lugs, brass/PVC cable glands, tapping, crimping,ferruling etc. complete, to be included.

CABLE TRAYS - Factory fabricated GI perforated type cable tray made out of 14swg sheet steel. supporting angle frame at every 1.2 m, bottom angles, anchor fasteners, bolts and nuts etc. The tray shall be suspended from ceiling using anchor bolt and angle iron supports or threaded rods. The rate shall include all accessories like bends, elbows, tees, coupler plates, joints and fixing accessories etc., which will be measured as linear measurement.(Interfacing with existing BMS system)
