M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 clear span , cills steps seismic and other similar bands, copings, hold fast and the like incluing weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating asdirected with and icluding necessary form work in CM 1:4 complete all as specified an directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & Mass concrete , sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) 20mm graded stone agg as in bonders (for stone walling) and setting the block slab etc in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintles over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M.S framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section (sliding or hinged) with gusset plates, rails, braces, rollers etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing completeetc. and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars bars 10mm dia and over (Fe -410W(Gde-E-250) Quality A cut to length bent to shape required ,including cranking , bending sprilly for hopping for chain link fencing,columns ,hooking ends and binding with MS (annealed) wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, purpose made.; length of bolt exc 15cm and n exc 30cm long. Diameter of neck 12 mm complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Bands, straps, rungs, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing 3.8 mm dia wire, mesh size 25x25 mm to 50x50mm made into mattresses laped wired laid in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire with and including complete as specified and directed.

S&F concertina coil 2.5 mm dia of core wire in 610 mm circular dia of each coil having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength as per grade of IS-1454(Part-I) with low carbon steel strip punched tape of 19 mm wide, 0.50 mm thick and series of knife edge sharp barb/blades @ 25 mm centre to centre punched all along the length of both sides of strip at regular interval conforming to IS-513 including Dismentling of Concertina coil of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface on wall with using liquid water proofing compound and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified an directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only item under respective items of Sch "A"/BOQ.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc with and including removing of debrish taking down plaster out side M.D land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone with max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 40mm and dressing of face and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto coursed or lime or sand stone complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for Raking out joints/pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses etc in Cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and concrete work and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of Primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coat of white wash on old prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by complete removal of existing treatment by electric angle grinder and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots , distempered and painted surface & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty and stoping of distempered and painted surface of wall and applying one coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of old surface and washing rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coats of exterior emulsion coloured complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed
