RequiredA1(b) GEL non-associated Bidder: Submit Completion Certificate or Execution Certificate against submitted Purchase Order/Work order/Contracts as per criteria reflecting min. below details but not limited to- Completion certificate or Execution Certificate shall contain Purchase Order/Work order/Contracts no., duration, quantity etc. Also provide details in a separate sheet: Name of the Client, Nature of the Services, Scope of the work, Number of Full Time Employees (FTEs), Locations, Date of award of Contract, Date of commencement and completion of the services, Name of the person who can be referred to from Clients' side, with Name, Designation, Postal Address, Contact Phone and Fax numbers, E-Mail IDs, etc.
Required2.Submit proof of office having tele-calling facility at Surat. i.e. ownership document/ rent agreement/ Electricity bill/ Any other proof of document confirming that the Bidder is having the required office. OR If office space already not available, undertaking on Rs.300/- stamp paper value to set up office.
Required3. Bidder shall submit undertaking on Rs.300/- stamp paper value (Annexure-1)
Required4. Bidder shall submit a signed and stamp declaration letter (Annexure-2) on bidder’s letter head.
RequiredB1.1 All Bidders (GEL associated as well as non-associated): CA certificate with UDIN number mentioning Turn over from Audited Balance Sheets from any of preceding Five financial years i.e. any one of FY 23-24, FY 24-25 and FY 25-26. Format as per annexure -3.
RequiredB1.2 All Bidders (GEL associated as well as non-associated): CA certificate with UDIN number mentioning Working Capital from Audited Balance Sheets. i.e. FY 25-26, if audited balance sheet is not available for FY 25-26, bidder shall submit CA certificate for FY 24-25. Format as per annexure -3.
RequiredB1.3 All Bidders (GEL associated as well as non-associated): CA certificate with UDIN number mentioning Net worth from Audited Balance Sheets. i.e. FY 25-26, if audited balance sheet is not available for FY 25-26, bidder shall submit CA certificate for FY 24-25. Format as per annexure -3.
RequiredB1.4 All Bidders (GEL associated as well as non-associated) : If audit report is not applicable as per Income Tax Rules- Submit full income tax return along with CA certification (with UDIN) incorporating additional as below. a) “Profit offered for tax” in Income Tax Return for respective year/years to be made part of the CA certificate.
