Material & labour for Painting of LT panel board/feeder pillar boxes with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paints over a coat of red oxide primer matching with the existing colour after scrapping the old paint by means of emery paper and cleaning with thinner including necessary markings/sign writing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewiring the LT cubical type panel by means of PVC insulated multi strandard copper wire of existing size including replacing unserviceable connectors, fastners etc,. etc after taking out the old unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LED indication Lamps for R,Y,B Phase in existing LT Panels complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing and maintenance of old existing earth pit by taking out carefully earth plate, watering pipe, earth lead protection pipe and re-buried the same after removing sludge from the plate & pipes including re-connection/brazing the plate and strip, whichever is required at site (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level,complete all as specified and directed including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 pit with cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1,reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4 kg per sqmtrwith handle andangle iron frame,watering arrangment with 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe ISI marked, GI funnel with GI mesh,filling with mixture of commen salt and charcoal,necessary excavation, refilling, removing away soil and earth work in any type of soil including test point, testing and commissioning complete all as specifed and directed. Material and labour for Testing of earth resistance value from earthing pit test terminal point and write in/ on existing identification board complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The contractor has to provide his own testing kit and all connected items for Earth resistance checking in presence of Engr-in-charge complete. (ii) Earth testing will be carried out on quarterly basis and the register will be maintained for earthing resistance result by the contractor for entire period of contract duly signed by the contractor and Engr-in-charge and same will be handed over to the Engr-in-charge on completion of contract.

Testing of di-electric strength i.e BDV test for 60 Sec with stand the transformer oil of any capacity to authorised value 45 to 60 KV using standard oil test kit as per result as IS 335-1972 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- a) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for arrangement of standard testing kit . (b) The dielectric strength value of the transformer oil shall be tested before filtration. (c) Sample of oil to be collected and testing to be done transformer site. (d) Testing to be done with gap seting - 2.5 mm , tempreture setting on ambient and frequency with 50 cycle (e) Test reports shall be enclosed at the time of payment.

Filtration of transformer oil of transformers installed at various locations to achieve di-electric strength not less than 60 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filtration plant, testing of the oil for the di-electric strength before filtration and after filtration complete all as specified and directed. Note :- a) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for taking necessary conections to filteration plant from transformer and switch gear oil duly removing the inlet and out let connections. (b) Electric supply for the filteration plant will be made available free of cost. (c) The dielectric strength value of the transformer oil shall be tested affter filtration as specified and directed. (d) Test reports shall be enclosed at the time of payment.

Supply and topping up or replacement of transformer oil with di-electric strength not less than 60 KV in to the conservator tank/ body tank of the transforme etc at various locations complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of silica gel breather assembly for HT distribution transformers of 100 KVA to 315 KVA capacity including dismantling old complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit HT 11 KV grade earthed system (heat shrinkable) outdoor type complete with jointing material suitable for HT XLPE cable 95 sqmm 3 core 11 KV grade earthed system incl taking down old unsv HT joint complete all as directed.

Dismantling of HT VCB panel after disconnecting HT supply and installed after repairing and servicing of HT panel and breaker, removing moisture and dust from HT bus bar and from inside of HT panel of 66 KV/11 KV substations complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Measurment of (IR) resistance value, necessary tools, labour and petroleum jelly for servicing of VCBs are included in the quoted rates. (ii) Parts will be replaced under relevent items.

Rectification of complaints of Roof top solar plant by cleaning and servicing of Inverter and connected items also solar panel with water and scrubber having long handle one day every week and keep the Roof top solar plant always in serviceable condition as directed by Engr-in-charge. Contractor must maintain a register to record of cleaning of panels duly signed by the contractor rep of user , JE E/M and Engr-in-charge. Note:- A planty @ Rs. 2000 per cleaning will be levied to the contractor for not cleaning the panel solar panel and connected items and maintain the register as explained above or as decided by Engr-in-charge/GE.

Supply and Fixing mild steel galvanised chain link fencing size 100mm x 100mm (3.80mm thick dia wire) including line wires and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc., including provision of binding wire and complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for XLPE cable insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip of wire armored , electric power cable (Heavy duty ) with aluminum conductor 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core suitable for 11 KV earthed system incl taking down old unsv HT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing angle iron made of mild steel confiriming to Fe 410 - W (Gde-E 250) of size 50x50x6 mm as in post and sturds in fencing incl cutting top to shape as directed,and flat iron of size 40x6 mm drilling of holes as drected for chain link fencing to angle all as per directed rate including dismanting to the old PCC fence post complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) Rates are including required Nut bolts with washers any type any sizes for fixing of chain lik fencing. (ii) PCC for post of picket shall be paid separatelly in respective items.

Supply and fixing in replacement Mild steel round bar 10 mm dia and over conforming Fe410 - A for fixing to chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting with two coat of synthetic enemelled paints over a coat of red oxide including perparation of new steel surface and chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed. Note - Colour of paint will be approved by Engineer in Charge.

Surface dressing in hard / dense soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the sub station yards after removing stone aggregate aside all as directed at site including setting / spreading back the aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Additional stone aggregate required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The rate also deemed to be included for labour (iii) All the sub station yards shall be kept clean through out the contract period by removing the grass/weeds as many as times required depending on the growth of the grass. (iv)The rates shall be deemed to includes clean the cost of removing two time the grass,weeds,debris,excess soil etc to a distance not less than 50 M and keeping the excavated surface clean and levelled all as directed.

Supply and spray chemical (Round up) for every two months after date of handing over site for remove unwanted vegitation / grass at solar power plant , approx 08 bottles required for one time for complete solar plant area complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet with vitreous enamelled with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25 x 20cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for defect rectification in HT/LT 11 KV/0.415 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. including excavation in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size upto 300 Sqmm 3 core. The fault locating equipment will be brought to site within 02 hours of instruction received from Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Srl. Item No.85 : (i) The contractor shall bring the fault locating equipment at site with in 02 hours of instructions received from Engineer -in- charge and he shall ensure that the fault is rectified with in 24 hours of receipt of intimation from Engineer-in-charge failing which recovery of Rs. 500.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contractors dues w.e.f the time immediately after the expiry of 24 hours duration. (ii) For the purpose of payment one unit of “Each job” shall comprise of detection of faults in a particular stretch of cable which are identified in that particular stretch, irrespective of number of defects / faults in that particular stretch which are detected during fault detection and the contractors unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same and all such defects / faults which are detected in that particular stretch shall be considered as one unit. (iii.) Joints, jointing materials and cable required shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations / filling around the post complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for path ways, hard standing & pole coping including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash on exposed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable cross arm such as MS channel /angle section etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel including nuts, blots, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed.

Refilling, Servicing and pressure Testing of ABC type Fire extinguisher of 04 Kg Capacity.

Material & labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete (PCC) in CM of (1:2:4) with type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for pole coping above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of fire hook confirming to IS 927- 1981, hook head is made up of forged carbon steel duly painted with anti-corrosive paint, handle shall made of bamboo of length not less then 3 mtr, hook should marked with ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of fire beater to confirming to IS 8096-1992 ,beater blade is made out of steel wire mesh of size 452 x 352 mm. with fire resistant frame and handle is made out of solid bamboo of length 1.8 mtr, dia 30+ 5 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in replacement fire mild steel fire bucket confirming to IS 2546-1974, body made out of minimum 1 mm. Thickness, of capacity min 10 ltr and bucket is duly painted and marked as per fire standard complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for fabricating outdoor fire bucket stand made out off 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron and MS sheet top roof made out of mimimum 3mm thickness for hanging 04 Nos of fire bucket and extingusher with proper foundation and placing the stand whenever specified by engineer -in-charge. including necessary welding ,cutting etc.and painting with post box red color comlete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 1100/11000 volts including connecting and testing for any size complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation/earth work & sand cushioning, bricks and joint shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and laying, connecting, testing in replacement of XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 16 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/on pole/road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing clamping on wall incl aluminium thimbles/lugs etc complate all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Earth work, sand, bricks removing, returning filling will be paid seperately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments, machinery or tool if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Note: (i) The quoted rate shall includes marking of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall including the repairing of coping with cement / PCC

Material & Labour for prepering old painted steel suraces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as speciied and directed.

Supply & filling for loose filling in substations, under poles, under transformers of hard core broken to gauge not exc 63 mm broken stone/boulders incl leveling and spreading lime stone powder under stones complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour in replacement of GI nuts, bolts, washers of sizes 8x40 mm or any size as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing of existing unserviceable PCC coping of LT/HT pole by breaking completely and material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 600X600X300mm including form work and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Chemical spray (DC 2.26 contact cleaner) in container of 415 ml/300g for precision blended multipurpose product for prevents corrosion penetrates, lubricants, displaces and seals out moisture release rusted mechanisum cleanese etc complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique or manual boring and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 50 mm to 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 80 mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Taking down old unsv Steel tubular LT pole and supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles 9.0 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, providing synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete type B- 2,1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface cement paster with the ratio of 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered walls and Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint and Distempering walls with distemper two coats with cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for shifting of transformers/RMUs/Stabilizers VCBs/LT Panels/HT/LT Poles/ ACBs and other materials from one to another site/Power House/Store yard and cleanig and earth work by JCB in Solar plant area remove the trees from HT/LT line by providing crane/hydra/JCB as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for dismantling the transformer step down/up out door type 11KV/433 Volts of capacity 1250 KVA by disconnecting incomig /outgoing cables and shifting in safe place for repair of transformer plinth with suitable pcc and painting of plinth with cement base paint , including temporary fencing arrangement around temporary shifted place of the transformer until the repaired plinth get dried to avoid untowards incident and to keep continuous solar genration and reconnecting the same and restore the supply at its original place after completion of job. Note:- 1. Repair work planned in such a way that the Solar genration should not be affected for the long time. 2. Contractor must visit the site and understand the nature of work to be done and T & P and store required to complete the job before quoting the rate. 3. Only PCC, plastering, and painting and crane etc requiresd for shifting work will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of schedule of the work . 4. The quoted rate deemed to be included the temporary fencing work , excavation for cables for incoming and outgoing cables including relaying and re-connections and testing, T & P and also the items erronuosly not mentioned in the scope of work but required complete the job.

Material & Labour for repair and servicing of Scada system and data loger system by Scada/ Data loger expert of reputed firm and update the anti virous if required in the system and complete checking of the all wire connection, including update of software and licence fees if payable to the original software designer and keep the scada & data loger system functioning during the entire duration of contract. Note:- 1. Contractor must visit the site and understand the nature of work to be done and T & P and store required to complete the job before quoting the rate. 2. Contractor is liable to pay penality of 1000 Rs per day for Non functioning of scada system by any meas . 3. The quoted rate deemed to be include the software update, licence fees , visiting charge of exper for 'n' nos. 4. Spares to required the scada system to make servicable all the the time during entre period of contract etc.

Supply only hand held electric brush cutter having min 1000 RPM, with grass trimmer min 7000 RPM with 1200 Watts rear motor and assist handle split shaft with accessories for trimming 1 MW Solar plant premises, lawns, substation sorrundings etc. The handles of the cutter must be provided in loop type for easy to operate and move around complete all as specified and directed.
