M & L for disconnection of existing HT Cables from RMU and opening the motor mechanism, removing RMU motor unit convert motor mechanism to load break mechanism assembly without hex rod having integrated line earthing switch making capacity and complete all as specified for 11 KV RMU complete all as specified and directed. (Notes: The unserviceable parts replaced /new parts fixed by the contractor on existing system /RMU breaker paid as supply only item, the labour rate included for fixing all new item are included in this schedule)
Supply only Isolator mechanism assembly having two position spring assisted, Integrated line capacity complete all as specified of 11 KV RMUs, 11 kV Control panel as per existing complete directed.
Supply only On Push button with Z lever complete as per existing complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only Off Push button with Z lever complete as per existing complete all as specified and directed.
Supply only Push button plate for Non Motorised system.
Supply only Mechanical operating Shaft.
Supply only Multifunction meter.
Supply only PT with HRC Fuse 3.1 Amps all as specified and directed .
Supply only power pack with 02 Battery all as specified and directed .
Supply only tripping coil of rating 24 V Dc all as specified and directed .
Supply only heater unit of rating 100 Watt
Serving and primary and secondary injection in RMU including calibration work to setting of over current relay, earth fault relay tripping time all as specified and directed . (Note:- All setting like earth fault, over current are below the setting of UPCL feeder and as per connected Transformer of each outgoing RMU on inside MRS Raiwala.)
Supply only cable boot on existing system.
Supply only SF6 Gas (9 Kg Cylinder) necessary filling of SF6 gas as per required pressure all as specified and directed.
Supply only cable bushing
