Inspection of street light installation on decorative trident Poles every days (365 days) provided with skilled and semi skilled electricians (one for 1 PM to 9.30 PM every day/ night and another from 2 PM to 9 PM & 06.00 AM to 7.30 AM for assisting skilled electrician,including submission of record to the department of EIC, on the next working day as per prescribed format and as per direction of the EIC. Total 317 nos. point for 365 days = 115705 Point

Attending Piller Box/Switch operation including switching ON & OFF Manuallyas per direction of the EIC, Per piller box/ switch. 4 nos. point for 365 days = 1460 Point

Painting steel tubular pole including projected arm bracket with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats with Silver/ Aluminium paint (Scraping where necessary) Pole painting upto 7 Mtr. Pole.

Painting Block letters or digits within a circle/square as required with 'Black Japan' Paint of approved make and brand the size of letters and digits of 50mm and upto 75 mm.

Supplying of 1.1KV grade PVC insulated armoured Aluminium cable of Size: 10 Sqmm, 4 Core Make: Polycab/Gloster/Havells 30 Span X 20 Mtr.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 Sqmm. In underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying only one cable upto 50 Sqmm. through existing RCC/Hume/GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2,3,3.5 core & 4 core. Cable size : 10 Sqmm, 4 Core

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketing with Pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc. including supplying sockets tapes. i) 2.5 Sqmm

ii) 10 Sqmm

Supplying and drawing 1.1 KV single core standed 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core standed copper wire (Bland approved by EIC) in the prelaid Polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necessary connection as required. i) 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm.) 18 mtr. X 150Poles = 2700 mtr.

ii) 4 x 80/0.4 (10 sqmm.)

Supplying & delivery of 50mm dia heavy gauge Polythene Pipe for machanical protection of underground cable.

Supply & fixing MS loop box (10 SWG) of size 269mm x 219mm x 125mm having almirah type cover complete with special type locking arrangement including supply & fixing 200mm x 150mm x 6mm bakelite sheet 1no. 4 way ebonate connector block, 1no. 15Amp fuse fuse unit (BPC/Juvas/Havells make) fitted inside the box and suitable size danger board riveted on cover of the box outside & fixing the box with pole by means of MS Clamps of 25mm x 6mm of suitable length and encasing the box by 1:2:4 cement concrete with graded stone chip (19mm down). The depth of the concrete should be 60cm x 54cm x 54cm including plastering and neat cementing and supply & fixing 2 nos. compression gland of suitable size and making all necessary connections as required.

Supplying and fixing 240/415V MCB of breaking capacity 10KA & C characteristics on dim rail of existing DBs and necessary connection. 6A (SP) (Make: Legrand/Siemens/Schneider)

Supply of PVC insulated unarmoured sheathed Aluminium conductor cable (1.1KV grade) Make: Gloster/Polycab/Havells. 10sqmm, 4 core. 5 Span X 28 Mtr.

Supply, fixing & trident decorative light fittings and are pre-wired for use in conjugation with E-27(SC) base lamp and lamp holder with 12W LED lamp complete on replacement of existing one. Make: i)Trident light fittings: KLITE/Damond/Solite. ii)SC, LED Lamp(12W): Philips/Crompton/Osram.

Supply & fixing of 12W LED Bulb on replacement on existing damaged one. Make: Philips/Crompton/Osram.

Daily attending of lighting installations, restoring of fault, disconnection/reconnection of live line, as and where basis for street lighting with 11 Mtr long steel tubular poles and 16 Mtr long High Masts including rising/lowering of flood lighting arrangement fitted at the top of the High Masts for checking/testing and fixing of luminaries etc. to be carried out manually/or motorised Gear/Pully arrangement provided with 01 (one) head of Semi Skilled electrician and 02 (two) heads of unskilled electricians those have gathered considerable knowledge for street lighting network with street poles and high Masts (they will be engaged from 1 PM to 9.30 PM everyday) and to be reported with concerned Work Asst/Officials of NDITA for proper monitoring, ON/OFF in time and quick restoration of the fault. i) Semi Skilled Electrician : 01 (one)

ii) Unskilled Electrician : 02 (two)
