Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and boiling out water whenever necessary et complete complying with stand

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling excavated earth in larges of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed watered and compacted including & conveyance and all labour charges etc.,

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete comply

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand )using country bricks ground maded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staicase walst slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick including raking the surface.

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand ) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc.,

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required desing & finished thic, beating the concrete etc.,

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm approved qty with,CM.1:3 12 mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar etc

Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete .

Painting new iron works for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with tow coats of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing etc.,

Supply and Fabrication of steel door 1.20x2.10m including cost and conveyance of all charges etc., complete

Supply and Fabrication of steel Window 1.20x1.30m including cost and conveyance of all charges etc., complete

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110m dia with necessary shoes, bends & clamps etc.,

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm(22/0.3) PVC insulated SC. Unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x100x113mm TW switch box for 5A3 pin non inter locking CS plug withpainting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWGTC wire for open PVC plug point.
