PART A (CIVIL WORK)

INTAKE WORK

Provide all materials, labour, T&P and construct RCC Intake well of 6m dia, 16m height & 900 lpm clear water discharge at right bank of Badalu lake downstream as per type design & drawing.

Steel Reinforcement for RCC work including straightning, cutiing, bending, placing in position nad binding all complted. Mild Steel and Medium tensile steel bars

Protection Work R.R. 1:6

CWR WORK

Supply of all materials, labour T&P etc and construct semi sunk circular RCC, CWR including fixing of inlet, outlet, washout & overflow G.I. pipes / specials of suitable dia as per type design & drawing complete.

SUMP 150 KL

Supply of all materials labour T&P etc and install chlorinating chamber as per type design and drawing complete including supply and installation of bucket type chlorinatpr of 25 liters capacity.

Boundary Wall

Excavation of earth work in ordinary rock by mechanical/manual means in foundation trenches (including lift upto 1 m & lead upto 30m) filling watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the side of foundation trenches.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade in 1:4:8 in 40mm stone aggregate excluding cost of centering and shuttering

Random Rubble masonary with hard stones including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 in 20mm stone aggregate

Brick work with common burnt F.P.S(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: cement mortar 1:6

Plastering with in proportion of 1:4 cement, sand with minimum thickness 2cm including supply of all steel, labour, T&P, etc complete for the proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with water proofing paint of required shade(two or more coats applied @ 3.84kg/10sqm)

RISING MAIN

Providing of the following diameter MSERW standard pipes, specials & fitting from site store to the site of works lowering them into trenches & laying true to the alignment & gradient, laying & jointing by electric welding including cost of welding materials, generator & transformer. Cutting of pipes by gas cutters for making up length as required for proper completion of works all T&P etc complete. of following sizes of MSERW YST 210 standard plain ended pipes confirming IS: 3589/1239

Painting of following sized MSERW Standard pipes with two coats of approved quality anti-corrosive paint over one coat of primar including material etc complete. 125 MM DIA

Excavation of earth for pipe line in following strata lift upto 1.5m lead upto 30m including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches (with 0.90 mtr width & 0.90 mtr depth) and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60m from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc complete. Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be done in soil mixed with shingle, bajri & boulders and rest 25% will be done in medium rock.

P.C.C. 1:2:4 cement sand & stone grit 20 mm gauge for construction of thrust block including supply of all labour material, T&P etc required for proper completion of work assuming one at every 50m.

Provision for metaled road cutting to lay the pipes along the alignment of pipe line & its reinstatement.

PUMP HOUSE

Supply of all materials, labours, T&P etc and construct pump house of 13m x7.0m x 5.6m internal size including construction of plateform for pumps & morters, supporting pillers as per drawing.

Connecting Pavement up to Gate

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade in 1:4:8 in 40mm stone aggregate excluding cost of centering and shuttering

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade in 1:2:4 in 20mm stone aggregate excluding cost of centering and shuttering

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. Use 80x0.90 mm M.S. laths with 0.90 mm thick top cover.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing, in position and applying a priming coat with enamel paint of approved steel primer/Paint using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames. Guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
