Attending complaint /Repair/rectification of leakages to under ground water supply distribution lines 50 mm dia HDPE/PVC/PPR/ GI tubing with provision of necessary excavation, returning and filling in as required, tightening of loose joints of union, elbow, sockets etc, threading if required including replacement of HDPE/PVC/PPR/GI unions/sockets/nipples as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note :Spares/GI fittings required to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Attending routine complaints of over ground /on wall/on roof external water supply line including rectification of minor defects by taking down of existing HDPE/PVC/GI tubing up to 25 mm dia, cutting/threading and making joints and cleaning for any blockages, opening of float valve of service tanks, cleaning and fixing the same in its position, replacement of gate valve/float valve packing sheet of gate valve and including replacement of HDPE/PVC/ GI Unions/sockets/nipples etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares/GI fittings required to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per item No 3.00 above but for GI/HDPE tubing 32 mm dia to 50 mm dia.

M & L for Detection of leakage in under ground pipe of main water line and attending break down of water supply pipe line and repair to CI /DI water mains of size 200 mm dia at a given notice including necessary excavation in crowded Road in civil area/AF area, in mud, in any type of soil by manual or using special T &P such as JCB etc.De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages by using spun yarn, Lead joints, rubber joints, gaskets etc, fixing of CI/DI/HDPE specials such as collars bends/tail peaces etc and making joints complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Repair rectified by caulcing of CI pipe are deemed to be incuded with unit rate of job. (ii) CI specials, lead Joints, D-Joints, Clamp joints, mechanical joint etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of sch 'A'. (iii) Hiring charges of JCB up to 4 Hours, if required, are deemed to be includied of unit rate of each job. Hiring charges.beyond 4 Hours shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Notes for Sl item No 1 to 7:- (a) The contractor will be alloted complaints at MES complaint cell on daily basis on all working days and sufficient tradesman / resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day comaplaints within 12 hours from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of sufficient cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with JE E&M/Engr-in-Charge. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergency complaints and will notify authorised representive/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard.

(d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shut down is required during rectification of complaints. (e) The quoted rated is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station at Secunderabad. (f) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare/fittings utilized as per inventry format given by AGE E/M and the same shall be submitted to E/M store yard on daily basis. (g) The stationery required for the job work such as complaints registers, job card and T&P shall be arranged and maintained by the contractor. (h) The cost of excavation / earth work and repairs to damaged roads, LT UG/HT cables, existing structure etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate and no extra payment shall be allowed on this account. (j) Spares/GI fittings required to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for cleaning of under mentioned RCC over head reservoir/under ground sump/semi under ground sump of any size and any height of staging by using mechanical means and scientific cleaning by carry out the following stages of cleaning process for disinfection of surfaces:- (a) Cleaning of all external surfaces with hot water and Odor remover. (b) The inner surface of the walls and ceilings of the tank shall be cleaned with the pressure jet pump after dewatering in the tank. (c) After through cleaning of the tank, removal of algal calcination and other dust particles with high pressure including hot water treatment @50 degree centigrade. (d) Vacum cleaning and sludge shall be removed by using pump and the sludge has to be disposed off at a places as directed. (e) After removing the sludge from tank, the floor and inner surfaces of the tank shall be cleaned by using an industrial vaccum cleaner and the tank shall be made fully dust free and disinfection with bio-degradable chemical/anti bacterial spray and surfaces to be proven non toxic. (f) After the treatment as mentioned at (e) above, the inner surfaces of walls and ceiling shall be traeated with UV Radiation/Ozonization with UV rays. (g) After complete treatment is carried out, all inlet, over flow, delivery, wash out pipes, ladder and doors shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint after thorough cleaning the surface and also the surfaces of sluice valves shall be painted with P.O. Red paint and writing "capacity of tank, date of cleaning and due date of cleaning" on walls as specified and as directed. (h) Periodicity of under ground sump's cleaning is minimum six month.

Supply and fix in repair of submersible pump motor starter of 5 HP in sheet meatla encloser with power contractor, protection relay as suitable at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete detailed service and maintenance of granular type chlorine based granular chlornation disinfectant treatment plant including repairs and replacement of minor spares such as 3/8 " PVC suction and discharge tubing suitable to the dosing pump, NRV, nuts, bolts, PRV and Y Strainer etc such as required for satisfactory functioning of the unit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Chemical feed dozer model RC series Chemical Dosing (metering) Pump electromagnetic type with suction & discharge tubing, spring loaded anti siphon valve, foot valve etc complete with maximum discharge of 6 ltrs / hr with 4 kg back pressure motor operated suitable for mixing hypo chloride of capacity 100 ltr tank with stroke adjustment of 0 to 6 LPH complete with fittings and piping network.

Supply & provide Aquafit (Calcium hypo chlorite) 65%-70% chlorine content (Calcium based granular desinfectant for water treatment plants much more stable than chlorine gas & stronger than bleaching powder and sodium hypo chlorite packed in 45 Kg drum complete all as specified and directed. Make : Auafit & Equivalent.

Supply of water through tanker/bouser including transportation from source to U/G sump Harni camp/Harni Air field area Afs Baroda. The water should have the following main factors :- (a)Water should be clear and free from all suspended matters both organic & inorganic matter. (b) Water should be free from taste and odour. (c) Water should be colour less and no vegetable stain should be present. (d) Water should be soft that it should not contain dissolved impurities like calcium or magnesium bicarbonate and Sulphates. (e) Water should be soft and should be free from all pathogenic organism causing diseases. (f) Copy of gate entry at guard room with vehicle No date and time shall be submitted duly defaced by Engr in charge before claiming payment. Note : Water analysis duly tested by authorised lab will be rendered by supplier before supplying the water.

M & L for cleaning of static water tank(SWT) 100000 Ltrs with all T&P and man power required to pump out the existing water and removing the sludge and greet from 6f ft deep water collector and throwing it out side 50Mtr away from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of brass foot valve of following sizes incl lifting of UNSV foot valve from UG sump from any depth by removing of suction pipes of pumps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of brass NRV of following sizes incl lifting of UNSV foot valve from UG sump from any depth by removing of suction pipes of pumps complete all as specified and directed:-

M & L for dismantling of defective sluice valve for repairs/replacement of spindle with gate including nut bolt with washers with packing and refixing at its original position, testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

80 mm bore.

100 mm bore.

M&L for cleaning once in a month by spraying of weeds herbicide to kill unwanted vegetation around near E/M installation, cutting grass, removing unwanted bushes, removing debris etc and making good of undulated ground by filling fresh soil and levelling the area to existing ground level, removing unwanted debris from the premises at a distance exc 50m from site complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Location - Harni Pump house, Semi UG tank area and Aircraft pumphouse, Semi UG tank area approx area -450 SQM. (ii) In case of damage to any existing assets such as UG cables, Pipelines or any type of things, contractor has to make good as per the existing without any extra cost to Government.

Demolition of old PCC foundation any type and size including removal of anchor bolt and removing debris from site at safe place in eco friendly manner complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC work for pumpset platform and other misc pedestal supports, using cement concrete type B1, mixing ratio 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate complete including form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Flex sheet Glow sign Board etc of size 1.8 mtr x 1.2 mtr x 20 cm made out of 1 mm GI sheet thick including LED tube light and connecting cable for glow and GI pipe 50 mm GI pipe stand , PCC 1:2:4 for stand foundation, flex sheet is computirsed printed location of installation and other details complete all as specified and directed.

Note for all items :- If any item gets repeated in this schedule, the lowest rate quoted for those same items by the L-1 bidder shall be considered for payment and decision of Accepting Officer i.e. GE(AF) Baroda in this regard shall be final and binding.
