Supply of Solar High Mast, with 2 Day Autonomy, having 4 Luminaries of 60W each with Colour Temperature of 3000K/6000K. 10 Meter GI High mast, designed to sustain a wind speed of 180 KM/hr, with 4Pcs of 60W Led fixture enclosed in Pressure die cast Aluminum Housing, powder coated in silver grey and with Toughened glass, The 240W of Light will be backed up and powered by More than 2150 Wh of Lithium Ferrous Phosphate Based Battery Backup and the system will be charged by 670Wp of Solar PolyCrystalline PV Modules. (335Wp X 2 Modules) 10 Meter Polygonal Pole, GI with necessary mounting arrangement for Solar PV Module & Light Fittings Mounting arrangement should be such that it is easy to maintain 4 Units of 60W LED Light with secondary Lens, in Aluminum Die Casting, IP66 Protection, Auto Switching Dask to Dawn, Led Driver cum charge controller should be equipped with the following features, MPPT based charge controller with Three stage battery charge monitoring algorithm, Greater than 90 percent efficiency, Short Circuit Protection, Battery Over- charge Protection, Battery Deep Discharge Protection, PV Reverse Voltage Polarity Protection, Battery Reverse Voltage Polarity Protection, Software Watch-dog for LED Over-current Protection, (Zero Dark Spot at ground level) LiFePO4 Battery should be BIS approved, with easily replaceable mounting and wiring arrangement; having no mid wire joins. Specifications of Pole: 1. 20-Sided Polygonal Pole 2. Bottom - 350mm; Top - 150mm; Thickness - 5mm; Base Plate – 520mm; PCD – 440mm 3. 4-Sided Header with 8mm SS Rope Earthing Details: 50mm X 6Ft Earthing Pipe (Pipe in Pipe Model) with Chemical Backfill Compound Display Board of size 3ft X 2 ft with pole mounting arrangement. 2 Units of 335Wp in 24V Voc Solar PV Modules Polycrystalline with RFID Tag All wirings with the modules should be made using 4Sqmm Solar cables, the connection with the Modules to be made using MC4 Connectors. System must have an inbuilt Remote Monitoring System, integrated with MPPT charge controller and it would record the parameters at a fixed interval of 10 Minutes, Recorded data should be available in the PDF, XLS, JPED, PNG & SVG Format with the Data logging of the following parameters 1.
