Request for Proposal (RFP) for Selection of Service Provider for Scanning and Digitization of Files and Records at the Department of Mines and Geology, Bengaluru Urban District

Applicant should be a Firm or Company registered in India. Joint Ventures and Consortiums are not allowed

Applicant should have been in existence for a period of at least three (3) years

Applicants should be registered with the Commercial Tax Department for GST. Should have filed the latest GST Returns

Applicant should be registered with Income Tax Department and should have filed the Income Tax Returns for the preceding three (3) financial years, i.e., FY 2022-23 (AY 2023-24) FY 2023-24 (AY 2024-25)FY 2024-25 (AY 2025-26)

Applicant should have an average annual turnover not less than Rs. 20 lakhs during the preceding three (3) financial years, i.e., FY 2022-23 (AY 2023-24) FY 2023-24 (AY 2024-25) FY 2024-25 (AY 2025-26)

Applicant should have positive net worth during any one of the preceding three (3) financial years, i.e., FY 2022-23 (AY 2023-24) FY 2023-24 (AY 2024-25) FY 2024-25 (AY 2025-26)

Applicants should have executed at least one (1) project of value not less than Rs. 20 lakhs in the area of scanning and digitization for Central Government / State Government / Public Sector Undertaking during the preceding three (3) financial years.

Applicant should have office in Bengaluru, Karnataka If the Applicant does not have an office in Bengaluru, the Applicant should submit an undertaking stating that they shall open an office in Bengaluru within 30 days of receipt of Letter of Indent / Notification of Award.

Applicant should be ISO 9001 certified relevant to scanning and digitization services.

Applicant should submit an Affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper, notarized, declaring the authenticity of documents, non-blacklisting confirmation, no pending legal disputes, not filed for bankruptcy, restrictions on public procurement from bidders of certain countries, compliance with RFP terms, and consequences of violation.

Applicants should submit a self-declaration Litigation Declaration Form on their letterhead with notarized.
