SITC of floor mounted cubical type AMF panel board. The panel board should be made with 14SWG CRC Sheet and suitable size angle & flat iron . The connection of switches with busbar should be made with Al. bar. The metering connection should be made with 1.5 sq. mm. or higher required size of copper wire. The panel board should be painted with powder coated paint. The materials & design should be approved by E.I.C before fabrication & erection. Including Supply and fixing of following accessories as given below. ( The panel board should be fabricated from CPRI approval panel builders) S/F 415V,250A, TP MCCB, , with all accessories (36KA capacity ). ( Model No.DU250C ----- 2 nos. ( Make : L/T ) 4 nos. 400A Bus-bar of size 25x10mm Al flats covered with heat shrinkable sleev.-1 Set S/F 415 V, 200Amp Power Contractor ( Model No.MCX33)-2 Nos ( Make : Legrand / L&T/ABB) S/F 250 V, 6-10 SP MCB for control wiring- 8 Nos ( Make-L&T) S/F 415 V, 6 FP MCB for control wiring- 4 Nos ( Make-L&T) S/F of ACTUATER switch ---1 no. ( Make- VISHNU) S/F of Digital VMR -1 no ( Make -PROTON) S/F Rotary Type Selector Switch -2 Nos ( Kaycee) S/F of Indicating lamp (RED &YELLOW)- 4 Nos S/F of 230V Auxiliary CONTRACTOR---- 2 nos. S&F 12 Volt DC 10 Amp BATTERY CHARGER- 1no. Control wiring by 1.0 sq.mm copper wire, lugs, printing ferule, copper lugs etc.-1 item ENGINE CONTROLLER - 1 SET The panel should be installed on brick foundation with provision for cable entry and plastering & neatly cemented.

Dis-connection and dismentling the existing main switch -9nos along with its connection , Bus Bar Supporter, Rusted nut, bolt washer very carefully with out damaged of Mains witch enclosure , bus bar enclosure and other damaged unused/ detorated main switch, isolator , iron frame , CTC wire , Armoured cable with out temparing/ damaged of other live cable ( if that the cable should be repaired or replaced by own cost of the executing Agency no extra cost will be paid) etc and mending good the damages to original finish as per instruction of EIC .

Painting of the panel board ( Bus Bar, 9 nos Main switch, throat boxes , frame i.e complete set ) with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over two coats of ready mixed paint incl. preparation of surface ( both inside & Out side of Bus Bar, all main switch,s enclosure) by sand paper/emery paper, i.e cleaning & preparation the surface properly as per proper satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.for receiving fresh coat of paint .

Dis-connection & Dismentling the existing Different sizes PVC/XLPE Al. Armoured cable after cutting of wall very carefully with out damaged another live cable , main switch switches( if that the cable / other accessories should be repaired or replaced by own cost of the executing Agency, no extra cost will be paid) etc and re- laying the same for proper Dressing and as per proper position of Main Switch incl. plastering the wall properly incl. painting the repairing portion of the wall .

Fitting and commissioning of total existing Industrial panel Board incl. changes of all Bus Bar Supporter by Epoxy/ Porcelain Insulator , re- seleving of Bus Bar CU/Al flat by heat sink selve. Incl . S&F of 3/8" Steel nut, bolt, washer incl. testing of all incoming & out going cable incl necessary glanding, sockiting incl neccessary socket tapes etc as required incl. fixing of all main switch and necessary angle & flat ire along with welding work. including the cutting out the un-used or damaged portion of panel board incl. necessary angle & flat iron for strengthning or supporting of panel board i.e total work should be copleted at site as per site condition, any supplimentary work or additional work would not be allowed or no extra cost will be paid. Total work should be completed as site condition as well as per satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge.
