22.20.1:Providing and laying APP ( Atctic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non- woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/ sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 250C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. OVER the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. 9.119:Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos. of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door fame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in Charge.

OD1868/2022-2023:Chipping and removing old spalling /defective concrete and exposing the defective /corroded reinforcement of the ceiling , joint the additional bar wherever 1/3 diameter of the bar is corroded. removal of the defective bar so that the reinforcing bar can be cleaned with emery ribbon wire brush etc. After cleaning the bar wash the abr with clean water and collect all the spalled / fallen concrete. measurments is calculated for whole exposed area etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, hire charges for staging etc complete.
