Removing excavated Soil materials to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Anti-Termite treatment, treating the bottom and sides of excavation at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Anti-Termite treatment, treating the backfill in contact with foundation at the rate of 7.5 litres of emulsion per square metre of vertical surface (Area of the sub structure in contact with backfill to be measured), complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Anti-Termite treatment, treating the top surface of filled earth at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick for cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor path/steps laid with panel and finishing the sureface with application of metalic floor hardner @3.5 Kg/Sqm or as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Metalic floor hardner shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item.)

Suppy only Metallic floor hardener, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC surface prepararation to VDF flooring with application of bonding agent of approved manufacturer incl baker rod cum sealant to floor with all accessories (vaccum pump,screed vibrator etc), complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for polyurthane paint antistatics descharge EPU system over 1mm self levelling , 2mm EPU top coat, 3mm thick high strength self smoothing epoxyover priming suface including cleaning the existing surfaces , all as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection with saucer drain / footpath laid in panels and finished even and smooth with using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks ( for use with masonry), string courses, copings kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, boundarys (for stone walling) corbwls, beackets, etc. (of any section indicated) with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings throating etc with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M25 (Design mix) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to aluminium/timber frame work, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 5.5 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for external rendering 20 mm (10+10) thick in two layer, first layer shall be of 10 mm thick CM 1:6 and second layer of finishing coat shall be 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 200 ml per 50 Kg cement bag or as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall including finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item.)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound confirming to IS complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for prepareing of new plastered surface of wall anf applying finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer after applying 2 coats of cement based wall putty 1 mm each to wall surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250) quality-A, including steel is painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Mild steel screw bolts dia of neck 11 to 15 mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, primer over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated or semi-corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J hooks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for steel rolling shutters of 1.25 mm, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, gear operated type with chain wheel and hand chain, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of polycarbonate chajja of approved make, comprising 2 mm thick UV-coated polycarbonate sheet, fixed over MS/GI support frame with MS angle cleats bolted to PEB members. The work shall include provision of aluminium drip edge, EPDM rubber gaskets, stainless steel or zinc-coated self-drilling screws with neoprene washers, including necessary cutting and trimming, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-O, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and installation of Turbo Ventilator of 24-inch size, made of stainless steel with 42 fins of 4 mm thickness (SS 304 grade), equipped with self-lubricated dual ball bearings, stainless steel shaft, stainless steel bottom throat and top cover. The unit shall be mounted over a corrugated galvanized iron (CGI) roof using all necessary stainless steel/aluminium rivets or screws. A UV-resistant polycarbonate base plate, 2 mm thick and shaped as per roof profile (approx. size 1.7 m × 1.0 m), shall be provided for mounting the ventilator, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting the existing CGI roof sheet as per site requirements to fix the 24-inch Turbo Ventilator, including necessary tools and plants (T&P), all required fixing arrangements, and making good the disturbed portions of roof to match the existing roof profile, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH cable of 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) with proper colour coding, drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC medium-grade conduit (ISI marked) not less than 20 mm diameter with all conduit accessories, concealed in wall or fixed to roof/ceiling as required. The work shall also include provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, multi-stranded, unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLSH, ISI marked) as earth continuity conductor connected to a common earth dolly. Switch/socket terminal boxes shall be fabricated from G.I. sheet steel not less than 1.22 mm thick for boxes up to 200 × 300 mm, and not less than 1.63 mm thick for boxes above this size, painted with aluminium paint internally and anti-corrosive paint externally, concealed in walls. Each box shall be provided with a 3 mm thick Bakelite or plastic laminated sheet top cover, fixed with cadmium-plated iron screws for housing switches, socket outlets, and fan regulators, duly earthed. The work includes cutting chases in existing walls for conduits and recessing for boxes, making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match existing finish, and connecting cables with MCBs or bus bars using proper-size copper/brass thimbles. Where concealing of conduits is not feasible (e.g., on roof or terrace surfaces), conduits shall be fixed on the surface using suitable saddles without extra cost, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Where concealed wiring is not possible, copper conductor cables shall be drawn through 20 mm PVC conduit fixed on the roof or terrace surface.

Supply and fix of amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN 40 to 63 AMP and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Laying of Sub-Class B Bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note. The painting shall be carried out through mechanical appliances by the company's approved applicator).

Supply, laying of XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade of size 25 Sqmm 2 Core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protection & GI pipe where required shall be measured & paid separately.

S&F of GI tube 40 mm bore light grade for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
