Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep for foundation etc. for shafts, wells cess, pits manholes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m depth. in soft/loose soil and getting out all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide for foundation etc. for shafts, wells cess pits, manholes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and exc 1.5 m and n .exc 3.0m depth. in soft/loose soil and getting out all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in trenches including spreading levelling , watering well, ramming in layers n. exc 25CM in soft/loose soil (from available soild) all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated material such as soils to a lead n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling & mass concrete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks built in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan & exc 6 m mean radius with old size bricks.all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, benching, kerb etc. rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces surface even and smooth finish with using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in manhole covers set in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed

M&L TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW)/RCC pipes set in CM including concrete bed haunching of any description for all as specified and directed for following :-

(a) 150mm internal dia of pipes

(b) 200mm internal dia of pipes

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 bedding to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for :-

(a) 150mm internal dia of pipes

(b) 200mm internal dia of pipes

M&L for RCC Class NP -2 pipe laid in trenches, jointed as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for :-

(a) 150mm internal dia of pipes

(b) 200mm internal dia of pipes

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, smooth finished all as specified for :-

(a) 150mm internal dia of pipes

(b) 200mm internal dia of pipes

Taking down waste pipes any size any pattern inludings cleaning or refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) 110mm dia soil waste and rainwater drainage pipes (6 kgf / sqcm) single socketed in any length with BENDS & rubber ring joint laid in floor or fixed on wall all as spd & directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) 75 mm dia soil waste and rainwater drainage pipes (6 kgf / sqcm) single socketed in any length with bends rubber ring joint laid in floor or fixed on wall all as spd & directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) 75 mm dia branch piece, single (single Y) equal or unequal with oval access door complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning, de-silting and testing of manholes of n.exc 1.50m deep by pumping manually with required rope, buckets and ladders and depositing the sludge at distance n.exc 50mtr and then removing sludge outside MD land area complete. Note :- The contractor shall remove the sewage / sludge and other foreign material from the site by mechanical equipment etc or by way or other any mean to outside MOD land in covered Vehicles ie Vehicle required for transportation of foul matters/gas etc and shall be disposed off as directed. The site shall be left by the contractor in neat and tidy condition before claiming his payment.

All as per item No 1.31 above but depth of manholes exceeding 1.5 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pumping out sewage water from the blocked manhole/Septic tank for any depth for cleaning the existing sewage line through diesel pump set 7.5HP & disposal of sludge as directed.

M&L cleaning of heavy blockage sewage line above 3.0 m depth by mechanically operated jetting machine with pressure water supply

Note :- The contractor shall remove the sewage / sludge and other foreign material from the site by mechanical equipment etc or by way or other any mean to outside MOD land in covered Vehicls ie Veh required for tpt of foul matters/gas etc and shall be disposed off as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The site shall be left by the contractor in neat and tidy condition before claiming his payment.

M&L for cleaning and testing of sewer line 150 mm to 300 mm internal dia depth upto 1.5m by removing blockage/chocking/ obstruction of flow and making free flow by rodding with steel rods and finally passing the rope through the line with jute cloth for cleaning the chocked/blocked sewer line complete.

All as per item 1.36 above but depth exe 1.5m n exe 3.00m complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of blockage / chocked up water closet / kitchen / bathroom / toilet by rodding up to first manhole including testing complete all as specified and directed.
