Banker Details
The bidder shall have carried out the work of Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of SIEMENS/GE/SCHNIEDER/ABB make Numerical protection relay of the value not less than Rs. 4.76 Lakhs in a single Job order in any one of the preceding five financial years (2021-2022, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26).As a proof, bidder shall furnish A.Single Job order copies (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year). B. Work done certificate for carrying out similar work, issued by an officer of the rank of Chief Engineer or Head of the project.
The bidder shall be a manufacturer or authorised dealer or service provider of SIEMENS/GE/SCHNEIDER/ABB Numerical protection relays.As a proof of this the manufacturer shall upload Registration Certificate or the authorised dealer shall upload dealership certificate along with the manufacturers authorisation assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations.Also the bidder shall furnish Class I or above Electrical contractor license.
The bidder in their name shall have achieved a minimum average financial turnover of Rs.9.51 lakhs in any two of the preceding five financial years (2021-2022, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26).As a proof, a copy of profit & loss account statements/Turn over certificates duly certified by a chartered accountant shall be furnished. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year).
The bidder Shall supply the Relay as detailed in Technical Specification of the tender.As a proof, the bidder shall furnish offered relay catalogue
