Contract Details

Material & Labour for fixing LED flood light 100 watt, 230V, AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.

PVC insulated multistranded aluminium wire 2.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade, fixed in replacement complete.

Supply & fixing pole mounted cut out box made of sheet moulding compound (SMC), weather proof 230 x170 x105 mm outside dimensions and 200 x 140 x 95 mm inside dimensions, confirming to sintex model No GSJB-2014 or equivalent make as approved with one No. rewireable cut outs 16 Amps 240 volts, 02 Nos insulated aluminium bus bars on porcelain insulators and neutral link, fixed on pole in replacement including making incoming and outgoing cable connections complete.(Note:-The cut out box should be fixed on pole with MS clamps,nut, bolt& washer.The MS work should be measured and paid separately).

Supply and lay LT cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of sizes 10 Sqmm 2 core.

Supply & fixing Brackets for street light fittings made out of 40 mm bore Light grade GI pipe, 1.2 Mtr length, bend to shape all as directed. (Note : Clamps, nuts and bolts will be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fix steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31(9 meters long)..

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for taking out/ laying of cable and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for poles, struts, stays etc. and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

17. M&L for sand cushioning for protection of cable using dry river sand, free from particles all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 40 mm graded aggregade 15 cm depth in bottom of pit for bed concrete.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 40 mm graded aggregade,1.5 mtr depth of concrete.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 40 mm graded aggregade for coping of above ground level of steel tubular pole.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
