Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Asphaltic Concrete(DAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in Bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8 10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade (VG-30) content shall be taken as 135 kg/m3 of mix supplied in Bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete(SDAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in Bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels,grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values o compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade (VG-30) content shall be taken as 120 kg/m3 of mix supplied in Bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Bituminous Macadam(DBM) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in Bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8 10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade (VG-30) shall be taken as 110 kg/m3 of mix supplied in Bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG -30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm

White washing with lime to give an even shade : New work (three or more coats)

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of ail dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. New work (Two or more coats)

Supplying and stacking of Good Earth (i/c royalty and carriage) at Site as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge

Spreading of good earth in required thickness and desired level all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. ( Cost of good earth to be paid separately)

Rolling with Power roller of Minimum 8 Tonnes for banking good earth/available earth in layer not exceeding 20cm in depth all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and Operating mechanical Grader with Skilled driver & Helper and valid documents & licence of vehicle ,drivers, helper i/c cost of fuel/ for working in operational area as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Chrge.

Supply of CI collar (adoptor box) for size 330 mm x 150 mm (Height) suitable for fixing on existing cylindrical CI transformer housing boxes of size 330 mm (dia) x 400 mm ( height ), along with cutout in the top and bottom plate of dia 220 mm, suitable holes for fixing the base plate of runway/taxiway elevated type light fixture, including supply of 12 Nos stainless steel bolts of size M 10 x 25 mm along with plane & spring SS washers and rubber gasket suitable for base plate of the light fixture, the average thickness of side walls 6 mm and top & bottom of 10 mm complete with grinding, finishing and painting in black enamel paint etc.

Supply of 2 x 4 sqmm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor ERP Insulated & PCP sheathed, 1.1 KV grade underground cable complete as required.

Supply of LED type elevated taxiway edge light fixtures complete with base plate, breakable coupling, secondary lead, LED lamp,drivers suitable for 15 watt 6.6/6.6 Amp isolating transformers, lens complete as required and as specified.

Supply of 5KV grade, 50Hz, 6.6A/6.6 A individual lamp series to series type isolating transformer encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded with neoprene rubber etc. as specified and as required of following sizes.

Supply of Single core 6 sq.mm unarmoured copper conductor 5 KV grade PVC insualated, PVC sheathed, unshielded, anti-termite and anti rodent treated, AFL cable generally conforming to IS-1554-PT-II as amended upto date and as specified .

Dismantling & Re-Installation, Testing and Commissioning of elevated halogen type HIRL/MIRL fittings on the existing transformer housing/Adopter boxes including dismantling, re- installation of transformer, lens, lamps and other accessories alignment, leveling and making transformer connections, earth connection complete as required

Fixing of CI collar (adoptor box) of size 330mm (dia)x150mm (height) suitable for fixing on exixting cylindrical CI transformer housing boxes of size 330mm (Dia) x 450mm (height) including dismantling of light fixtures, fixing of nut and bolt with washers, gaskets etc. and providing & laying of CC ratio 1:2:4 all around the adoptor box and providing required slope, plastering and finishing the surface complete as required.

Earthing with GI pipe 4.5 m long and 40 mm dia, accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate on the top having locking arrangement and watering pipe& funnel, complete with charcoal and salt etc. as required.

Providing and Laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia GI wire in 15mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode as required.

Supply and fixing of ESNA connector kit set suitable for 6 Sqmm, 5KV grade AFL copper conductor cable as reqd.
